Great but long learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration is great for visual learners and great for remote teams

Long learning curve. Tool feature are not intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can work on something with my colleague and he can quickly contribute himself without having to ask me to do it because I am the one who created it. I think it makes the project go faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, just the amount of time it takes to be able to get up and running, so the learning curve. But that is mainly on myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It his helping us chart the user story for non-product people and product people alike to make sure we are on the same page when it comes to what is the sequence of events after certain triggers
Overall good experience for creating boards and collaborating.
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite intruitive and easy to use and the tools cover most of the use cases I needed so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The color palette could be enhanced and the migration process (from other services) has not been optimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with collaborative processes (e.g. retrospectives etc) as well as with visual mapping of data models.
Great diagram creation tool for engineering teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can share a link and work silmultaneously on one diagram. It loads up easily, fast, and everything is easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UX/UI takes some getting used to and knowing where some simple stuff is like changing text box transparencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to plan out engineering hardware designs and creating PCBs

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how the platform allows multiple users to collaborate and make edits simultaneously. It’s convenient having everything on one page, with features that automatically organize content for a clean layout. I also like the ability to lock elements in place, ensuring they can be moved together without becoming scattered. While I’m still learning how to optimize its features, the platform’s functionality has been very helpful so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to open Lucid in incognito mode because it doesn’t load properly in standard Google Chrome. Although it works in other browsers, I primarily use Chrome, so this adds inconvenience. Additionally, it’s frustrating to have to manually adjust the font size and color settings every time. Lastly, I think it would be better if only the document creator had the ability to hide or unhide content for better control and organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is an excellent alternative to a recently unavailable collaborative platform.

no need to use multiple products for different purposes. this is one stop shop
not very convinient

I use mainly the uml charts, like Miro much more in terms of UI and UX.

An extremely simple and intuitive UI that helps me brainstorm, visualise and iterate with ease

Rapid diagramming for lots of different tasks that I need to achieve on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Lucidchart- Lucid's amazing visual creation tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Lucidchart for my M.Engineering research work, and it was awesome. The web app is incredible, allowing me to create a detailed flowchart. An extraordinary collaborative environment make it more worthy. It allows team to work together and share their work. Altogether, Lucidchart app makes me more productive by saving my time and effort. I would highly recommend everyone to use LucidChart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart is a very useful application , but sometimes I get frustrated when scroll the line arrow it does not place in the right place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not need to import normal or arrow line or box separately as it has a prebuit designe with diagrams.
I use it everyday!
