What do you like best about the product?
In my limited experience, the platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It makes tasks more efficient and helps save time overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t have any issues using the platform. Everything was straightforward and easy to use, and the overall experience felt smooth and simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping us organize our operational dashboard as we plan to open our new school. It has made planning and brainstorming much easier, and it keeps everything in one place so we can stay focused and move forward with more clarity.
Lucidchart Makes Financial Forecasting & Modeling Easy with Clear Visuals
What do you like best about the product?
Financial planning and modeling for our advertising services has been easy to handle with visual representations of forecasts, scenarios and models with Lucidchart to be specific.
Stakeholder and teams collaboration also has been a great aspect with the other half that makes the suite (Lucidspark)

What do you dislike about the product?
This Lucid suite ever since 2023 when the vendor merged it, it elevated so high since it centralizes all features in one places - Thus no issues noticed of recent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The process maps allows me to visualize budgets and reports before making business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to brainstorm and visualize ideas so quickly and easily. It's easy to collaborate, give and get feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little confusing to figure out at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to design in real time with my teammates on the same project, making sure we are visualizing the same thing.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite visualizes telecom infrastructure, connections, circuits and network in my organization to ensure I notice areas of improvements prior to damage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use both Licidchart and Lucidspark and I barely encounter bugs nor features requiring vendor/tech support to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing incidents and communicating with Vendor, IT and Operations teams is a key benefit of LVCS.

I like that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite help improve efficiency by mapping out financial processes such as expense approvals, donations and grants management in business unit.

Lucidspark limits editable boards to three on free trial - this isn’t an issue anymore since my organization upgraded to team tier.

Even though Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite comprise of Lucidchart and Lucidspark, you must pay for each to unlock all features.

What do you like best about the product?
As Head of Partnership Management, I leverage nearly all features allocated by Lucid. How it allows me to visualize partnerships, stakeholders, relationships and track deals via process mapping is a great aspect.

I have been with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite since June 2023 and it has been jumped out of my requirements.

I map out partnership strategies and objectives through process maps and flowcharts which help gain deep insights into market trends and patterns prior to making business decisions.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very instrumental in our day-to-day job functions as it allows quick access to draw and sketch ideas and flows. It is a valuable resource to the organization, as viewing a flowchart enables the organization to identify bottlenecks and create solutions to remedy them. Color-coding of shapes make flowcharts more clear visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Altering, selecting and moving arrows can be a bit tough because some handles overlap with the red dots for creating additional arrows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great to document and map operational processes to identify areas of improvement and ensure alignment and accountability across departments. I also love how it encourages collaboration across teams, and setting expectations and responsibilities across teams.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite: Powerful, Brand-Friendly Workflow Builder.
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a powerful workflow builder particularly useful to huge organizations implementing new and updated process flows across multiple regions, departments and demographics. It is very easy to customize shapes for diagrams to match your brand strategy. Additionally, I like the ability to share diagrams and allow other team members to simultaneously participate in the same diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a workflow is spread out over multiple pages, the view can become small even with a large screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out of several diagramming tools I have tested for my team, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the best of all worlds. It is extremely useful for drafting plans for database design, application ecosystems, application design and communicating requirements efficiently.
