Lucidchart make it clear
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidchart is its ability to help me illustrate complex campaigns and processes in a way that decision makers can easily digest and act upon. Lucidchart helps me design marketing campaigns, in-house process diagrams, and downloadable resources for clients across a variety of markets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There' s nothing for me to dislike right now about Lusicchart. I have been a user for a number of years and there were some bumps in the earlier stages of development. However, they have pretty much solved any issues I had with their current features and capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps me present campaign options to my clients clearly and concisely, so that they can make decisions quickly. Faster decision-making allows for faster implementation, and that is a big edge in the marketing business.
Product Relevant Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark has a good number of templates to use in almost every sector. They start you off, so you can hit the ground running and achieve organization-wide goals fast, even if you've never used a similar platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is dark like a black and white movie,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the sticky notes to manage 2 teams and their work
Great Solution for Marketing Campaigns, Development and Automation Flow Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid chart makes it easy to visualize processes and map out user stories. My team and I use this to map out every project before starting so we have a clear understanding of what needs to be done and how we are going to approach it. This has brought so much clarity and has helped us avoid many errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything I dislike about LucidChart. I would like to have additional integrations but for what I have needed I have been very happy with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to improve communication by helping the team visualize the entire project. Using LucidChart we are able to develop user stories and map out the entire flow path the user will take.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have not found another tool out there with all the capabilities and prebuilt templates that Lucid chart has. It has saved me so much time and energy.
Process Modelling and Data Flow with Lucid Chart
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart has all the features of other visual modeling software but is more cost-effective due to the subscription model. As well, I like the ability to share diagrams with other users easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more shapes out-of-the-box, but it's easy to add them later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart for all my diagramming and modeling needs. It's an excellent tool for sharing ideas and requirements.
Lucidspark gives our team attractive visualization of our workflow processes
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to design attractive charts to visualize our workflow processes is nothing short of awesome! It's not only incredibly useful to the team, it's fun to create the workflows and make them look great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I've had with Lucidspark is that sometimes it scrolls back to the beginning of the document repeatedly when I'm working on something. I work around it by zooming out, and it may just be an issue with Chrome. No complaints other than that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team needed to visualize our value chain or our workflow across all our team members, and to figure out where things were getting hung up or could be more streamlined. Having that visual reference allowed us to work out the kinks!
A collaboration tool at its best!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use and how quickly my clients get onboard and using it. I've tried other products that don't have such a clean onboarding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to set up more personally customised areas. Perhaps a configuration/ set of shapes that I can always get to, even if I'm logged in to another organisations board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing complexity within the clients business. Most clients still use non-visual forms of documenting information but using LucidChart helps to identify the gaps and define better objectives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pick some templates and play with the tools first. Don't go into a workshop cold without knowing the basics back to front.

What do you like best about the product?
The software has so many uses! I can use it to organize my own ideas as well as in teams to help get everyone involved in the discussion. I really enjoy how I have the freedom to move notes around on the canvas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes getting everyone set up to use any software is difficult. There is always a barrier to entry. I think Lucid does a good job making it intuitive for everyone though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do research in mathematics. I have used Lucid products to organize my algorithm ideas that I want to implement in Python. I have used these products when collaborating with others and it has helped me to explain my ideas effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart offers a wide range of charting tools. I particularly appreciate the flexibility in applying various shapes and symbols to multiple use cases. Unlike other competing software providers, LucidChart has minimal restrictions on the tools available to the end-user regardless of the design template chosen. I like that I can seamlessly make edits, with the software making tedious tasks quick and simple while also allowing for the changes I need to make in the course of my day-to-day graphics needs for project management updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that images occasionally render poorly when published to external formats. It doesn't quite make sense to me why a white background in the design space suddenly becomes gray when published to JPEG, etc., but I've made do by using screenshots when this occurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management graphics is what I mainly rely on LucidChart for, which can include something as simple as a simple timeline or something much more complicated like a multi-team process diagram chart. I have benefited from being able to use LucidChart for multiple use cases, and that is what I appreciate it the most for - the wide-range of applications possible with it's web-based tool.

LucidChart Review
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many ways to customize charts and visuals - it's instrumental in creating and documenting company processes. I like that there are so many pre-defined template options to choose from if I don't want to make my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UX can be a little finicky - when trying to attach arrows to objects, you sometimes need to zoom in so the needle can connect to the appropriate place.

We are creating and documenting processes for company procedures.
