Great for modeling software and website flows
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, simple drag and drop capability to quickly visualize the processes I have in my head. I use Excel to lay out the order I want to create things in Lucidchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things I dislike about the product. The resizing of the charts can be a little challenging sometimes. I can't think of additions I'd value offhand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping processes in our business and products. It's a big timesaver from doing it in PowerPoint, which makes me more productive and frees me up to do revenue generating activities.
Great platform when it comes to collab
What do you like best about the product?
As an engineer, I will have to collaborate with many colleagues. I like how easy Lucidchart is to share our ideas when words can't explain it all. This saves a lot of time and ambiguity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the platform tool itself is not that intuitive. I personally don't like the arrow. It is usually hard to drag around, which causes my diagram to be a little messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software design. This is the main reason I used Lucidchart. I can simply drag some block onto the board, and the flow of our software is pretty self-explanatory. This diagram made sure we are on the same page, and it can be saved and edited in the future. We can always have a reference for it to make sure everybody is on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Spark is great for collaboration, such as when teams use post-it notes; this tool is a virtual post-it notes collation, in which you can view, group, and identify patterns. I used this tool after a survey money had collected survey responses for next year's strategy. One of the questions I posed was was was "What should we stop doing next year?" we then compiled all of the reactions in lucidspark, where we could better understand the survey responses and begin to think critically and form hypotheses on who's this should shape the company strategy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have briefly seen the tool Miro, and I felt it might offer similar features. I don't have anything negative for lucidspark; however, it might be nice to import information into post it's (each record would create a new post it)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration is the number one benefit and collaboration, especially when many people and teams will continue to have some remote work in the future, equips teams with better ways to whiteboard solutions.
Also a small complaint the scrolling on lucid spark was bad, just a sub optimal experience but I was reassured this would not be a long term problem.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to ask how other people are using the tool; their customer success team is really incredible.
Lucidspark is a great way for me to collaborate with team members and help with epic breakdown.

Lucid Chart can build a much more complex chart with ease. This makes the work life better
New to Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the system is for new users. You can create a road map in minutes; it is easy to keep track of all your projects in one place. The tool has great visuals and allows many different ways to create a roadmap/chart, etc. I also like how you can share everything with the rest of the team quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how sometimes the dash can get quite messy, and it is hard to find what I was working on. Maybe it would be useful to separate projects by tabs, perhaps that option already exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Lucisspark to build roadmaps and keep track of my projects. I also use it to collaborate with the rets of the team.
Easy to use and very flexible system
What do you like best about the product?
The short learning curve and the deed that you can put together a fairly complex flow chart

Not much, it has all the features I need for my flowcharts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My agency is creative so we don't want anything too technical for the staff. Lucidchart fits the bill. We create content flows for customers on the software and we need them to be easy to read and quick to produce.
Excellent value for money
What do you like best about the product?
Provided all the features I was looking for with a great and easy to use UI at an excellent price point. (Coming from Gliffy in Atlassian).
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I didn't like or anything missing for my use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to be able to draw some technology architectural diagrams for a client. They were not an Atlassian customer and therefore did not have Gliffy. Lucidchart appears to offer everything I needed to quickly and efficiently produce the diagrams for the client at a fraction of the cost of Gliffy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just a small one in this form, the question "What is your industry when using this product?" does not include the industry of the organisation I am working for. I have selected Financial Services, however, the company does not provide this; its industry is vehicle leasing. The financial aspect is handled by B2B processes.
In the software you switched from, Microsoft Visio is missing from the list of products which is actually the one we have switched from. I have selected Powerpoint for now.

Great for Org Charts
What do you like best about the product?
The templates are great. I feel like I don't have to start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech support can be burdensome as you have to go into great detail for them even to start troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Lucidchart, we were able to get rid of our old Org Chart process that was manual and time-consuming. We can also have updates flow instantly to our online org chart, ensuring the data is constantly updated.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a great tool to use for business visibility. It gives a great idea and a different perspective to understand any problem together with other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say i have too many things i dislike about Lucidchart. I've wondered if it could integrate better with powerpoint or visualizations to present on findings a bit better.

I'm using Lucidchart to view my hierarchy, process map monthly team plans at a year view with swimlanes, etc.
