Solid and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer amount of things you can do in the app.

Gantt charts are not that intuitive to use.

A very good and promising product. What I like about it is its friendly, intuitive interface, great features, ease of use. Excellent customer service and continuous product improvement. Suitable for solving both simple and complex tasks.

For myself, I have not yet discovered the minuses. This product covers all my tasks.

I have been using this product for a couple of months until problematic issues have arisen.

Brilliant diagramming software
What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward to use. Lines between objects stay connected even when moving the objects, for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor, but it would be nice to search shapes within specific libraries rather than globally.

I am diagramming for cloud infrastructure services.
Intuitive & user friendly tool for charting
What do you like best about the product?
lucidchart is fast and easy to build. Templates are beneficial, so you rarely need to create something from scratch. Sharing is easy and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
google-sheets integration is not the best; you can't really make charts in google sheets and add them as an extra layer on your worksheet. some charts that require the use of numbers on them (funnel and so) do not grab data from your data source (g sheets for example), so they all have to be hard-coded into your chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually draw processes for our business in lucidchart, for example, mapping the whole journey of sales leads from start to finish. I also tried using it for visualizing funnels and pipelines, but without the ability to integrate data into it, it's not very useful in that sense.
Benefits of mapping processes is getting alignment from cross-functional teams on what a process should look like, as well as training new hires on our operations.

Easy to use and a great tool to get the visualizations done.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part was the library that had so many different templates already available. Hence, you can get your chart done in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The background is too distracting. I wish the lines were more subtle.

It helps organize the thought process and execute the actual workflow with no issues.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use; it has many features that make process flow and flowcharts easy to create. Additionally, the collaboration features allow for a faster and more efficient way of working.

At the moment, I enjoy the tool as it is and don't have any dislikes or suggestions.

Lucidchart has great collaborating tools for architecting and diagramming.

If you have many tabs open it can be a memory hog.

We use Lucidcharts for architecting upcoming projects.
Great, straightforward tool for real-time visualization and collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
It's just super easy to use solo or with a team. Being able to share a link and immediately start collaborating with the team is incredibly useful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pretty resource-intensive, so some with older computers may have trouble running it simultaneously with Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucidspark for quarterly meetings, where our leadership team gathers to brainstorm, sort through ideas/issues, prioritize, and talk through initiatives. Lucidspark has made this process simple and, frankly, possible for our remote team.
Makes documentation much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a Technical Writer and use Lucidchart for mapping out the structure of my documents. I love that Lucidchart is easy to use and offers a lot of templates. I particularly love that I'm able to collaborate with my colleagues directly in Lucidchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Design-wise, a lot of the templates look a bit archaic. However, this has no impact on how Lucidchart performs. I'd just like to see a few more visually pleasing options :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we've solved with Lucidchart is reviewing the structure of a document. I can map a structure, send it for review, and receive comments back exceptionally quickly. Without Lucidchart, it was difficult for the reviewers and me to "see" the big picture. The diagrams make everything super clear.
