Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Templates are awesome. You don't have to be an expert to create an epic chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
First impression is that the tool is very complicated, but that's the first impression only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did not have any problems with Lucidchart

Layout functionality with snaps to align is great. Plenty of templates to utilize, and easily customizable. User-friendly interface.

We found that layering of items was tricky at times.

Great product and very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. There are basic shapes on the side so I could can just grab and drop to work quickly to create flowcharts. I alsolike the way the objects can be linked to each other, so when moving the shapes, the connecting lines stay intact. I also like I can import shapes and explore other shapes out there
I like there is history so I can always go back and restore if I don't like how it turns out or I accidentally input shapes and need to rollback to a previous version.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had the chance to use Lucidchart in depth so I can't think of any cons. It's fairly straightforward and does the job on what I need to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's quick and easy to use. I was working on a new procedure and during the review process, the director also requested to add a process flowchart into the document. It was quick to create the flowchart using Lucidchart and I was able to have it completed and imported to my document to push out to the other team members for review.
Lucidchart is a good accelerator to create a wide variety of diagrams

The templates help to get a quick start with a specific topic or area of interest.

Although the product is not hard to use, there is still a bit of a learning curve when moving across from the world of Powerpoint.

Lucidchart can help explain the architecture and design of complex processes or systems graphically.

What do you like best about the product?
I had never created a flow chart before and was pointed to Lucidchart by a co-worker (our company has a subscription). I found the software very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the arrows to connect the correct boxes took some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was attempting to show a client the workflow of a proposed deal structure. Lucidchart allowed me to more easily illustrate the proposal.

Lucidchart offers a simple and easy solution to providing visualization of workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is for me to make charts in Lucid Chart quickly. I love how you can piggy back off template they provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure what each shape means and if I'm using the right shape in a process flow. I'm sure there is a way for you to do this already, but a pretty easy way to link one lucid chart to another would be fantastic.

I use Lucidchart to map process flows and it is a great visualization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how LucidChart is simple for me as a cross-functional partner to enter and see what other teams work on and what their processes involve. It is extremely easy to see and learn from a visual representation of the processes. I also appreciate how easy it is to comment and collaborate with others directly on the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a viewer, I have no dislikes about the product. It is intuitive to use and very easy to zoom in and out.
