Best Diagramming Software
What do you like best about the product?
Customizable icons are key. Working inside a large organization, having the ability to create a shared visual vocabulary accelerates understanding and development.
It’s also easy to learn the basics and so simple to collaborate and share.

What do you dislike about the product?
Issues with line snapping are common. Typically is is during the connection of objects spread across a diagram and the line snapping over other icons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a developer and project manager, Lucidchart helps me quickly share the logic and get feedback for multilayer logic flow. It’s made management of expectations as easy as sharing the diagram

What do you like best about the product?
With lucidchart all my work it is easy, simple to complex diagrams, web based, easy to share an collaborate around the world and smart app.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need a way to work off-line and chance to use Visio stencils or add more stencils

Collaborate around the world, easy understanding with my clients, chance to review simultaneously with other clients in real time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Add more broadcast stencils

What do you like best about the product?
Mainly I use this software to create status reports for projects I manage
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple times I have experienced smart charts removing the applied rules or disappearing altogether. I've had to rebuild my reports a couple times or apply formatting via the toolbar rather than rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily create status reports that are readily accepted and understood by upper management
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try it in several different ways. It does a good job of integrating with data on spreadsheets as a way of maintaining the information in some of the charting options.

Lucidchart is my go to prototyping tool when designing funnels and flows with clients.

Easy to use and easy to show others how things work
Comprehensive product with wide variety of pre-made widget libraries
What do you like best about the product?
Love the number of widget libraries from well-known services and domains (e.g., AWS, Mobile App Design).
Love the interoperability with Visio. This is essential for engaging with highly regulated customers that must use on-prem/local tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit sluggish, but likely more of an issue with the MacBook Air I was trying to run it on, versus the service itself. Kinda expected given its running over the web.
The way my docs are filed could be improved. In order to put a LucidChart file into a specific Google Drive folder I have to find it in Drive and move it... versus some kind of "Organize" button within Lucidchart

The Mobile UI Mockup seemed to be protected by a full subscription, unless I'm missing something.
One of the most complete apps for flowcharts and everything
What do you like best about the product?
Using lucidchart is like buying a sophisticated bpm for paying much less for that. You have hundreds of graphs, tools, charts, flowcharts to use for your company or entrepreneurship that will look great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was trying to integrate lucidchart with google drive but I couldn't. They didn't have the IDEF0 graphs for process workflows which is also useful sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me a lot with making the process flowchart for every division in the company that allow us to identify the key points that we have to improve. Also, I used the canvas business model graph to understand how do we operate. Some graphs as value stream mapping and organizational charts to illustrate the strategic changes in the company. I would recommend it for everyone who works for a continuous improvement division.

Definitely really useful and cheap, there's plenty of priceless tutorials that will teach you how to use every tool that lucidchart offers.

Easy to use interface. Intuitive and easy to share. I like the helpful tips and guides on how to use the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need special licence to use it. If I want to share with someone who does not have those licence then it could problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modeling a process flow. Providing visual representation to a project process.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the pixel perfect snapping of the chart elements.

The design of the interface could be better and modernised

Great tool, affordable.
Lucidchart is easy to use and gives my clients the visuals they need

I love that I can easily give a client a visual of a process workflow without having to articulate it with words.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the need for so many clicks. I probably need to dive deeper into the templates though.

I’m using lucid chart for technology/human workflows. It’s easy to share a visual with another individual.
LucidChart rocks - no ifs or buts
What do you like best about the product?
There's no doubt that LucidChart is a great tool, and here's why:
*Creating a diagram of any sort is easy and intuitive
*Collaborating with a friend or colleague is also super easy
*Exporting to pdf or png is the easiest
*Adding colors, images, screen mockups etc. is also very very easy

What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that its often a bit easy to select the wrong object on the diagram, and thus when you intended to move an object you end up drawing an arrow/line instaed. Easily fixed witha quick Undo, but still.

Easy, professional and super useful diagrams and charts of all kinds.
