Easy to use and exactly what I needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the template options they have. It is also extremely easy to start from scratch and have a chart created within no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is probably my fault, but I'm sure I'm not benefiting from all that it can do. Sometimes my charts can look a little basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Displaying marketing operation diagrams to non-technical stakeholders is very important to me. It allows for easy documentation of processes too.
Easy and convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can customize it however I want! I was previously using the chart option on Google Docs, but it was very complicated. A coworker recommended I use Lucidcharts & it has been so much easier! I also love that I can upload the flowcharts directly into my Google Doc - it is so convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about Lucidchart, but it would be great if more simple templates were available. Most of the templates are very complex and I am usually looking for something very straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am mainly using Lucidchart for flowcharts of our company's processes & procedures. It has been very beneficial to our new hires! The charts have been included in all of our training documents.

I have used other tools in the past and Lucidchart is ten times more intuitive and easy to use

the need to go to a separate URL to use.

Works great for creating basically any chart you'd need quickly and easily
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many templates to work off of that any chart you would need to create for practically any business reason can be found and customized quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality takes a little getting used to, as far as customizing actual elements within the charts and other basic functions. But they include a tutorial/hints that are very helpful to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I consult companies on operations and organizational efficiencies, so being able to chart and diagram from my analyses and for mapping out plans for moving forward is critical for making recommendations to company executives. Lucidchart makes it quick and easy to do this for any type of diagram you need to create for any situation.
Easiest way to create infrastructure Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The way to create diagrams is so easy by just adding items and join them.

sometimes how the tool doesn't let you arrange the text

Create an implementation chart is so easy and by this way you can share in a graphic way how do you want to see the infrastructure after the change.
Love LucidChart
What do you like best about the product?
I am creating flowcharts of some of our simpler processes, and LucidChart has made it super easy for me to do this. Very user friendly as I am much better at typing than creating pictures :)
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little daunting at first, and I wish there were more short templates to begin from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processes and collaboration, making sure everyone knows what is happening and when.
Great for quick mind mapping
What do you like best about the product?
how easy it is to use, pretty straightforward, as well as affordable. Great interface, lots of space to diagram and have a good visual idea of what it is you're adding to the chart

At this stage, I haven't used it enough times to know if I dislike anything,

We use it to show potential clients how their website layout will be like and what pages it will include, its a great visual tool for them and for us since aside from being great to use, it's easy to understand and follow along.

The ready-to-use templates. There's a wide selection of them that you could use too.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike are the lines and arrows connecting the diagrams. It is a little difficult to align the lines and arrows.

A workflow for our marketing team. Having a solid process workflow can make our job easier and can make our goals and objectives easier to realize.
