Simple and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is easy to understand in a short amount of time and is very user-friendly. The interface is great, and every chart downloads easily into whatever format suits you best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes on Lucidchard - it works so well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding different perspectives of company executives and consultants to build out a strong business case and foundation for future work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of LucidChart. IT helps me to use my creativity and bring it to life
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat expensive, but I still have not used all of its components and am learning along the way. I foudn it when I was looking to revamp my companies Organizational Chart. Lucidchart made it really easy and quick to change my layout and play with different colors and designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although easy to use, it is not very user friendly as I have had to search on where functions are.

I really have no experience with graphics software and I needed to make room layouts for upcoming events and it was super easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
A little more insight into more detailed tools would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create room layouts and then pass on the projects to team members who then have a reference when setting things up!

Creating graphical depictions of our manufacturing processes was never easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity. The ease of use. The simple learning curve. I could jump right in and immediately get to work without needing any tips. I love being able to incorporate conditionals and data into my process charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though I like to give constructive feedback, I have not encountered anything that I dislike about Lucid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the areas in our manufacturing process that are rate-limiting. This enables us to potentially improve throughput and efficiency.
The easiest way to bring to screen my thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart made everything simple to bring to the screen my thoughts.
The platform is easy to learn and even easier to start building your chart. The simplicity makes the process fast, but still have everything needed there.
In my particular case, I use it to simplify complex workflows that I built/will build on Hubspot to my colleagues. The sharing possibilities work pretty well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I build my charts on my laptop; sometimes, when moving the cursor to the left to move around the working area, the browser redirects me to the previous page. It's understandable, and I was using a mouse, this probably wouldn't happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Build complex diagrams and bring to screen some of my thoughts.
Super easy to create and share process and wireframe documents
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, how much you can customise your setup, and that you're able to share and collaborate with your team. The out-the-box template library is so great!

Lucidchart has met my needs so far so can't say there is anything I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've not mapped out a lot of our business processes, meaning there's a lot of siloed data in our CRM. Mapping out our processes has helped us maintain uniformity across all our teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like every tool, there are things that you wish it could do BUT Lucidspark is head and shoulders above what other virtual whiteboard tools provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We used it for brainstorming ideas for developing our team vision.

3. We used it to identify features we should include in our current product - generating ideas and prioritizing them with voting.
