What do you like best about the product?
Quickly brainstorm with teams to figure out what our game plans are for current projects and any future projects. Fun way to interact together versus just talking out loud with ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
for those who aren't tech-savvy it can be somewhat overwhelming, if there's a quick intro on how to navigate that would be ideal to share with teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Next steps on projects and building upon them, voting on what ideas the teams like the most.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many other tools that are similar but this is a one-stop shop for brainstorming and having templates ready to keep the boat moving.

simplicity to share with the team - lucidchart makes it easy to collaborate (much easier than visio)

sometimes the site is a bit glitchy when trying to work offline

solving the collocated teams, benefits are its robust capabilities to show many different types of things, not just standard items like boxes, and circles

More than a simple diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart allows you to create all kinds of diagrams and charts, and more. As far as I can see, the possibilities of what one can do with Lucidchart are almost limitless. I love that I can output my files in multiple formats as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike really, it does exactly what I need and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to build visual sitemaps for websites, web page mockups, process trees, and more. I'm able to do that easily with Lucidchart.
Very good collaboration/interaction space

I like the ability to quickly organize ideas visually and instantly have them visible by the team

There could be a minimap or something for orientation on larger boards

We have done some communication/introspective work that improves team communication and some "fun Friday" games

how easy it is to select multiple pieces in the flow

Not being able to set all shapes to a specific size, maybe I'm too new to see this option? Also, not being able to integrate into a word doc/ppt is a bummer. Would be great if I could make edits in app.

Process flows for all facets of the business. So far, privacy process, internal reviews, compliance process, etc.

It's intuitive and powerful. It can handle complex diagram that I need for my job

Some of its integrations with other apps can be better

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dynamic experience. This platform enables users to select the type of flow/process chart with templated files.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the user does not use the csv template, the drag and drop method is not user-friendly. It takes a lot of time to piece the flowchart together when building the process flow on the lucidchart UI.

Our team leverages Lucidspark to create future state visuals for tax operations.
