Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark has many tools to help you map out ideas, plans, and organisational strategies using an intuitive tool.
There are plenty od templates that can be used to suit each individuals task.

Mapping out our businesses workflow to develop and IT stratergy.
Useful for during, and post, meeting

The stickynotes enabled a quicker post-meeting procedure; it was particularly handy to share the link with colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant emailing and marketing after using the system once.

We are considering utilizing the platform in regular team meetings, which should help the team better stay on track

It's quite easy to use, UX & UI are clean. Wide range of functions

it helps me create charts / boards that I can use to streamline business and customer processes.
Super easy to create and share diagrams and models
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive to use. The basic shapes are limited and can be easily picked so it works fast. More shapes can be inserted when needed. I like the way the objects can be linked to each other, so when moving the shapes, the connecting lines stay intact. Also, finding back and sharing the diagrams and colaborate are very useful.
Lucidchart did a great job in presenting templates you can use to up your game. also there are nice how-to documentation with good tips.

I would like to save my inserted additional shapes so that I don't have to insert them for every new model I make.

Teamwork:
In my case, drawing up a diagram or model together helps me to engage my audience and increase input from their side.

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use the network diagram templates, and they proved extremely useful and presentable both to management and technical audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. It is well suited for every project/design team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to create network diagrams to be added to HLD and LLD documents.

Start using it.

Some features are not located intuitively

The limitations to a free account are frustrating. A little more leniency would be great.

Creating flow diagrams very quickly and to share with colleagues very quickly. The benefits are that it is easy to use and many options available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend it if you wish to create process flow diagrams and collaborate with people quickly.

That I can add a workflow shape in a custom library that I create (and share) so we have faster access; Jira integration

Sometimes it can be buggy... buckle up for that!
