Excellent tool to create, show processes and workflows.
What do you like best about the product?
This program that has caught my attention because I like his intuitive and easy to learn interface. The cost is very low, so your accessibility will not be a problem. Basically the wide versatility of forms and options gives me a lot of flexibility beyond the standard flow chart. I am fascinated that I can share links to dynamic versions of graphics; I can switch between cells and arrows within the sheet without having to change the functions in the side panel, it saves me a lot of time these functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is really a tool that does graphics well, but has limited templates. Lucidchart is a very specific program, so it can be a bit overwhelming for a new user. It should be noted that the search tool does not always return relevant results either, there are aspects that should be improved but the good news is that they are not so serious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is used in Artsversion to create current and future process flows, system diagrams, campaigns, trace systematic processes and solve wiring interface problems; is very important because it gives us a visual way to explain and trace what we are doing and gives us a record of what we have done in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is suitable to create logical diagram designs, to trace workflows, it is easy to export and share in other tools; In addition, if you are a person who wants to save time, I can tell you that the automatic connection of forms and the flow according to several types of flow are excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart is a cloud-based service that allows creating diagrams of various types. I started using Lucidchart since I started my degree and it has been nothing but wonderful working with it. Lucidchart is a cloud-based tool which means that there's no need to download or update it. You can use it anywhere at any time you want. It also provides the feature to work with others simultaneously. There are several options to save the results and it contains a diversity of various shapes, which means you can almost draw anything with it.
Lucidchart also has dedicated support for you if you ever face a problem. Lucidchart also facilitates revision history by tracking your progress. So, you can reverse any changes that you need. or can look through who has done what on a particular diagram. This tool is highly customizable and provides security on your data as well. Overall, Lucidchart is one of the best diagramming tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far my experience with the program has been good. But there are some things that need to be improved. I really hope if they would introduce a desktop application because you need to have an internet connection in order to access this. And also, sharing files with other users sometimes can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I'm currently reading my degree in Information Technology, I had to create thousands of diagrams such as Use case diagrams, Class diagrams, Flowcharts, High-level diagrams, Architecture diagrams, etc. I was able to achieve the tasks easily with the help of Lucidchart. The fact that it has a free edition and has attractive and a vast variety of shapes helped me through my problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I personally recommend Lucidchart to anyone in need of a diagramming tool because this is the best. Lucidchart contains a variety of shapes which are attractive and is very easy to use. It is able to save the created diagram with any format you like.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a fantastic tool that allows anyone to mockup nearly anything. I love how easy it is to seamlessly build and share flowcharts. As a Mac user, I appreciate having Lucidchart, since Visio isn't really an option. I also appreciate how easy it is to collaborate with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing and packaging options don't always make sense for our use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Lucidchart to build flowcharts, user experience outlines, UI mockups, presentation animations, and even artistic mockups. The use cases are limitless.
Good Tool But can be improved
What do you like best about the product?
This is a Good application that supplements a great web service. To maximize value, i got a Lucidchart subscription and use the full Lucid chart in both browser and phone app, Its a fantastic tool for visualizing ideas and sharing/collaborating with others. The Phone app is a great addition for when you are away from office and need to view or tweak your documents and the best feature i like is that i can import my old Visio diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Without the subscription i was able to use only 3 sheets/active documents.
2) I was not able to upload an image, but this issue was resolved in the latest updates i think.
3) offers basic editing functionality for example , you can add/edit text, shapes,lines but you can't perform any sort of formatting on these elements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used it a lot to express my sequential plans to my team in group meetings, used to add these to my presentations and show it to my office mates, kind of okay but there are better alternatives and Lucidchart should step their game up.
Super easy to use - free version has everything I need
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is so simple to use! I use it to map out my drip marketing plans and it's perfect for that. I just use the free version and it has almost everything I need. Everything is drag and drop, which makes is incredibly intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to share the charts with my colleagues, without them even being able to edit, in the free version. It's such a simple ask. Downloading and printing your charts can also be a bit buggy occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is literally the only tool that fit my needs to mapping out my drip marketing and sales flows.

I like it because I did not have to read tons of descriptions to discover what each tool does, it also allows us to make extraordinary diagrams and graphics. Lucidchart mea caused an impact due to the ease of constructing diagrams since it is very easy to develop the most important things quickly and without neglecting other pending tasks to be performed. You have to try this software and you will see all the good and practical that is in it to create excellent diagrams

At the moment of using this software it can be a little complicated since it costs to administer the diagrams if you have many elements. But in what you start to nurture Lucidchart you realize that it has multiple predefined forms, for the realization of a web-based diagramming, which allows users to collaborate and work together in real time, creating flow diagrams, mental maps, and many prototypes for our business

The only problem that I have solved has been to save time, when you use the software more often, you will notice that there are many benefits that will allow you to grow your business in an amazing way. Even the fact that you can import your own elements directly, that makes it a great tool since you can choose specific templates that are sorted by categories

We recommend it since we have the possibility to create folders and organize the different graphs and diagrams, it is also a very easy and useful tool to carry everything organized at work, there is also a layer option is not always obvious, but it has served us well block a set of forms and do not move by accident.

There are drag and drop symbols and shapes and many templates to choose from. Flowchart making is very easy through Lucidchart. User interface is intuitive and clean. Collaboration is also easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Without a doubt, it is the best platform to design for its great variety to create, with a clear and intuitive interface, it is also compatible with IOS and Android, with Lucidchart you can perform: flow charts, mental maps, diagrams among other things. Without a doubt, it is excellent, I even recommended my students

It is capable of materializing any project however it may be that in the most complex store to slow down and get you out of the software. It also has a very free feature limited

The designs I manage to finish very short, I have a panel of very contextual tools It also allows me to easily induce and train others to grow with this excellent software, I have been able to save time and have order of everything. I have found Lucidchart very helpful for documenting our internal processes. It has helped us clarify and resolve points of confusion in our processes and has provided clear information to refer back to for our team.

There are times when text that we want associated with a particular shape doesn't fit ideally, but we have been able to refine our content and are overall pleased with the tool.

At first our designers used the free version of the software but it is not as effective as it seems, it does not give you all the design options, but if you use the standard plan it would be perfect for any company, besides the most unfavorable point is that it does not allows you to use the tool if you have no connection
