Mind mapping and process flow made easy
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard allows for quick building without having to slow down. I also love how collaborative it is. I use Mural usually, but I think for building workflows, Lucid seems superior so far/
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have only used it to build some ecosystems. I think I prefer the interface and templates of Mural more because they extend into other areas of design thinking. I may just not have experienced these functions yet, but Mural makes that easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am building out workflows and ecosystems for a complex team as we prepare for launch. It is helping to visualize wholes in our processes and helping us to assign responsibility. Its ability to link to docs is also helpful.
Powerful tool for flowcharts & diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is very easy to use, having a good amount of icons, and you can also share the projects with your team members

Slightly more expensive compared to competitive products

I am using lucidchart to create process flow & diagrams for marketing. It is effortless to use, and you can explore options on the go, so no need to have specific training to use the product.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of Lucid charts is excellent. The best thing is the vast amounts of learning options on the internet. I am very pleased with the graphics interface as well as the simplicity of the GUI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a lot more symbols and graphics. We can really benefit from more inserts and even more in color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network Designs, Office Layout, Workflow - you name it, we use it for all processes and procedures. We use it to visualize our designs and our ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
If you do a significant amount of process engineering in your role/function than LucidChart is a critical tool to create process documentation. It's great for visualizing end-to-end process flows that draw attention to key activities, inputs and outputs, as well as deliverables across a process. The UI is much easier to navigate than Trello. I deeply appreciate the ability to upload/convert process flows that are in different file types.

What do you like best about the product?
GUI is fantastic. So easy to create dependency graphs, flow charts, system diagrams, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of honestly. It's perfect for what I need from it.

System diagram creation, state charts, sequence diagrams. Lots of stuff to communicate complex ideas in simple pictures

Take the time to learn proper diagraming techniques. The combination of software and basic diagram knowledge will increase your value and potential more than you might think

Before, it took so much time and effort when I prepare all the work process for my presentation. Currently, I started using Lucidchart to draw all the processes for my projects. It is so easy to use and I love that. It saves me so much time and I enjoy using it very much.

I highly recommend that all organizations consider and use Lucidchart. It is so easy to use and it will save you a lot of time and energy.
