Limited User But Solid for What Was Needed

Easily able to import building an org chart.

N/A - limited exposure. Not enough use to dislike something.

I love that I can have post-it notes without having them all over my desk!

I've found some things are difficult to undo and have to restart, which is not fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See above for problems. The benefits are that I'm more organized and my desk is not as messy.

Amazing Tool For Getting Processes On Paper
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see everything at one time
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit tricky to get things center
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to build accountability charts as well as putting different processes down. We are then using those to create videos for our team to be able to do repeatable tasks.

Very effective tool if used in a consistent manner.

The software was straightforward and very helpful in pulling together the data I needed for my entity-relationship diagrams. I'm looking forward to trying the other features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found the correct way to modify the ERD diagram to show "friendly" field names, but I will keep trying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have an extremely complicated database that I need to diagram in great detail. This solution has saved me weeks of manual effort to make a diagram that is simple to read.

Strong Platform with Some Kinks
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to make robust, clear charts and transport them between a spreadsheet and a graphical form, a must for manipulating large amounts of data. Lucid Chart's templates are also useful for jumpstarting projects. Oftentimes during the scoping phase of a project, I would struggle with how to organize the project. However, the templates made this much easier. Lucid's ability to create custom templates allows for easy replicability of projects across teams. Lucid Chart is also a great tool for collaboration. It is exceptionally easy for multiple team members to use it simultaneously which allows for direct collaboration during a meeting, a must for remote work. Lastly, Lucid's integrations across platforms is a tool that I hadn't even realized I wanted. Importing data directly for Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite online is exceptionally helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the additions you make to charts are purely cosmetic and aren't logged as a data item, so it can be challenging to sort charts at times. It can also be challenging to manipulate multiple line items of a data set at a time (e.g. if you want to add a team member's department on the org chart and then sort by those departments, it isn't easy to do this en masse.). Sometimes when exporting data, Lucid will have its own conventions for logging records and relationships within a chart that aren't logical or easy to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Chart has been essential for the creation of an org chart for the rapidly growing start up where I work. It has given myself and my team members clarity of mind as we project how the organization will grow.

It is a very strong platform, but I would recommend reading the documentation in full before attempting even smaller projects.

The screen is a bit hard to move around at first, but you get used to it.

Ability to collaborate and the intuitive way the solution works

They could make it easier to add an event to a flow chart. Sometimes it is hard to bring up the next shape. Also, I bought the service as an individual and thought that having to pay additional for adding simple functionality is poor.
