Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am a novice image and work flow designer but that I can easily navigate, import and export images and build workflows, partnership showcases and various other docs that a web developer or designer would charge me thousands of dollars for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing at all, it's a great app and I've only had one problem and that is being limited by the number of images I can download onto a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualize workflows, marketing campaigns and making images for marketing flyers to pass out to prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for charts and flows as well as an image hack outside of Adobe Cloud designer for web designs, images and clean marketing materials.
Flowdiagrams for Comprehensive Processes
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed how easy to use the program LucidChart was. Creating flow diagrams took so little time, as each of the shapes were labeled for each specific step of a process. I love that the free version allowed me to create three flow diagrams at once, and gifted me an additional document after one month of usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had no dislikes with the software. It was one of the easiest programs that I have ever used, and the products were very professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the documentation aspect of the specific department that needed a visual step-by-step process for completing an important task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend trying out Lucid Chart when creating flow diagrams and other visuals for presentations and meetings, because of how easy the program is to use. I also recommend using Lucid Chart if this is the fist time using a program to create flow diagrams. For a first time usage, this program will give users and individuals confidence when creating these visual representations for their first time.
I also recommend users utilize this tool, not only for professional work, but also as a personal planner of events, as this software has made many improvements in my personal life as well. I have used it for keeping track of deadlines and upcoming events in my personal life ass well,

An easy way to assemble and edit flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the easiest softwares that I have used, it has multiple predesigned forms, simply drag to the center of the document the image you need, the connectors and edit the texts.
In addition to being able to draw up structural organization charts, different types of diagrams and mental maps can be made.
It can be easily linked to the email account and other office 365 software

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to load the documents, and depending on the complexity of the document that is being developed, it hangs up (you must have a good internet connection) if you do not have a connection, you can not use this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the administrative supervision that I have at a national level, you must have a clear order of the functions, schedules and spaces where each staff is located, and depending on the rotation of the same, the organizational charts must be updated, with Lucidchart this task has been made easy . And I can share it digitally immediately with the team via web.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In addition to using it for any help to design a diagram, add the work team that collaborates in the daily tasks, associate it with the email account that is used frequently

What do you like best about the product?
The program is really easy to use, with a beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing UI. It has an abundance of features, and the ability to make a variety of good, useful diagrams, which could be used in a board meeting while looking at home among diagrams made by other professional software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downloadable option, so the computer must have an active internet connection to be able to use the program. Also, it lacks a few key diagram options, which are possible to do but are made a lot more difficult by the program's lack of support for these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have made sure that all of the information presented to the company executives is easy to read and understand, and is visualized in a fresh, interesting way. It has increased the professionalism of my presentations, and that of my colleagues.

It is a very powerful software, which is a great addition to any team
Love to Use Lucid Charts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is a great to give a picture of your workflows and breakdown where bottlenecks might occur and places you might need to consider adding to the ability to use text diagrams and any symbol you need to represent that object.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to do repetitive actions and when adding text and jumping from object to object. This seems to be more manual than a click of the tab button to continue working in the boxes without having to use the mouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been building out processes to track the workflow from Marketing handoff through Account Development to Sales in LucidCharts and it has been great being able to develop the full picture.
Lucidchart reminds me of a Google docs,only this isn’t free.
What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucidchart very easy to use and intuitive. The cloud based nature perfectly fits into my needs,as it makes it so easy to work on diagrams,maps and flows while on the move.I can also easily collaborate with multiple persons on mapping tasks remotely.It is fairly priced for individuals,likewise for teams.
I like it’s template library and while it isn’t as large as that of Edraw max,Lucidcharts cloud based state makes it the better diagramming software for me.Overall,Lucidchart is to diagramming what Google docs is to word processing,

Lucidchart completely meets my needs,except that I do not get to use it too often and sometimes go weeks without a need to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart to test my ideas and concepts by process mapping them.
Organize your internal and external processes your company with LucidChart
What do you like best about the product?
This is a fascinating help to create, reorganize or modify any part of the workflow in your company, be it the process of approval of tasks or assignments within the company, restructure the organization of the company, and finally creation or restructuring of a management, department among others
What do you dislike about the product?
is a complete application, you can relate the flowchart or workflow, with other applications this is a good help, you can work directly on the page and endorse it in the cloud of the application, in my opinion I have nothing negative to add
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this application we can facilitate the work, we have the need to create additional coordination in the production department, with which we will test what is being explored in lucidchart and submit a proposal of height and that is approved by the meeting
Great for mapping marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is relatively intuitive to use. Charts are easy to make and are clear to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t dislike anything per se, but more graphical options (different shapes, lines, fonts, etc.) could be useful for added flexibility.

I used Lucidchart to create a diagram for a marketing automation flow and another for website flow.

This is a handy software for creating marketing diagrams.
A perfectly simple and intuitive flowchart development tool.
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use right from the start. There was little to no learning curve and things just got easier as I went. Now I can turn out flowcharts/graphical representations of things in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
More native shape libraries would be very helpful. Specifically, more flat/minimalist real-life object shapes (i.e., computers, files, etc.). I do like that I can import my own though!

What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart makes everything easy! We use it for lists, organizing work between teams, and charts. It's a dream!

There is nothing I dislike about LucidChart.

Lucid has so many capabilities. It is a dream for organization and collaboration. We use it for communication between teams on projects and personally I love making lists and charts using Lucid.
