An effective tool for process mapping and process streamlining
What do you like best about the product?
The templates are pretty good; explanation of flow chart icons gives meaning to the symbol

It can get confusing sometimes, especially with so many options

We are mapping our processes and using Lucidchart to create flowcharts to understand where we can improve.

Great tool for collaboration within the team. Good to also take notes and do a follow-up with the team.

Lucidspark helped me create a complex diagram for a customer. The customer requested some changes, and it was effortless to make them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and user friendly this software is to use, and how the document auto-expands as my thoughts do. I love flowcharts, and LucidSpark has definitely contributed to this love.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I found was no in regards to the software. More to do with the password reset option.

I love the ease of use! I have previously featured Lucidspark as part of a 'Best Platforms' series I did on LinkedIn and I would add it a hundred times over :)

it allows to create user friendly and easy to read flowcharts

it would be good that when we hover over a shape that we can automatically trigger the creation of an arrow and a new shape

Lucidspark has a user-friendly and intuitive user experience when creating flows and diagrams. This allows for clear and structured flows to be positioned and created on a page without the hassle of finding the right ways of presenting the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visually, Lucidspark could be updated to look a bit cleaner and updated. Although the tools are super user-friendly to make the perfect content easily, the UX design looks a bit outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark allows me to create clear flows of complex software systems. I am able to explain a complex process in a clear way, making sure I have never left any steps out.
App is easy to use. Very user-friendly, with functionalities that helps on the artistic side.

The flexibility of sharing the document like in google drive. It makes collaboration easier.

Not dislike, but maybe app can show more templates.
