The cloud tool gives a lot of flexiblity, I can create from Simple flows to swimlanes.

Ability to optimize workflow between different teams and show details of resources needed for each team.

This is a very intuitive and easy to use straight "out of the box" tool for mapping your processes or workflow.

Since there is a lot to this product, get training.

Lucidspark has been a game changer for me as a Creative Director.
I'm able to create brainstorming charts with my team of different departments for conceptualization.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Every Project Manager should have this.
Highly customizable, but gets too heavy if you go overboard.
What do you like best about the product?
You are not locked to a layout. There are no limits for what kind of content you can add. It works like a blank canvas. Because of that, it can easily be used for pretty much any end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being too customizable is good but not being able to set defaults slows down the process. I ended up spending too much time organizing things. There could be a feature to do this automatically, or a better use for templates.

I used this to organize a timeline of events in a fictional world.
I enjoyed the different features.

As a business owner, there are a lot of ideas that usually get stuck in my head and never hit the paper. This software is perfect to put your thought, ideas, and plans on a paper to take action or reference back to.
