Real Time Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The team members can work on notes and then make them public when ready. We've primarily used it for retros and it is very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tooltips are helpful but it does take some time for folks to get up to speed on using it. Once they figure it out, it's fine but it's a little frustrating for them till that point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting team members to contribute to team retros
Great way to share info and plans with engineers on the team

The way that everybody is able to input at the same time with great agility.

sometimes is a litlte bit lacky and slow to work with, especially when they are many users connected to the same board.

I like the way the platform can be used for retrospective calls and sharing the charts.

I couldn't think of anything such. It is such a fantastic tool.

We use the platform for sprint retrospective, refinement, discussing severe problems, creating the architecture, flow diagrams. It has helped me to visualize and share my ideas with the team
Easy & Witty platform
What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI, having many charts with embedded texts and examples which is easy to follow

charts cannot be downloaded being free user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BPMN, UML Diagrams, Process flows. Many icons to use and flexible options for each icon with regards to state or conditional handling

I like its simple GUI and abundance of symbols for different diagrams, as well as the ability to export the graph using different formats.

I was a bit confused by free vs paid versions symbols. Also I wish I could customize the zooming function bc now I have 50/75/100 %, but sometimes I need something in between,

I usually create UML and EER diagrams for my web application, and the diagrams help visualize the application structure and architecture.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that lucid spark makes collaborating easy for everyone. using the tools is very intuitive and it's simple to use while offering all of the features you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's not obvious if collaborators need to color-code their own comments or if the system will automatically track who said what, kind of like in google docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing a group of people who don't work together normally to collaborate and discuss virtually. This tool allows you to visualize the discussion and take notes where everyone can see it without having to physically be in the same location. I have realized that it is helpful to give people time to make comments and revisit to discuss. It really helps to facilitate and structure a brainstorming conversation/meeting.

utilize the color coding and templates they offer.

Reliable Easy to Use Virtual Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplistic nature of the product so it makes sit very easy for non-tech team members to use the tool, and we get to spend more time collaborating. It is the same with the ready-made templates that make it so easy to get up and running.

Nothing comes to mind right now but maybe less questions in surveys
