Easy charts with minimal learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
I didn't need to practice too much before i was able to start developing flow charts quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish it integrated with Trello and Jira. a timer would be good

prmarily im using it to create really quick diagrams on the fly for example on zoom calls
Great free educational tool

I like using it to collect student work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that unless you pay for a subscription all work is public. I have my students using the free software to create network maps.

It offers a free tool to create the things I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functions, like Flowchart, Mind map, etc. The templates are rich. Also, the template colors are good. Sometimes, I use these free functions to draw work or study charts, like UML graphs and a programming logic. I can share the work with my colleagues and they can see my drawing immediately. I like the functions which are free of use. Before, I used some similar software to draw these diagrams, but because they are not free, so I gave up them. Instead, I use this software. If it's possible to have more free functions, that will be better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little I dislike about this Lucidchart software. I can use them easily and some of the functions are for free. The only thing is that I'd like to try more free editable documents and then consider to buy the premium, and the fee for the premium is a little bit high for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I learned a coursera course named Software Architecture, the teacher recommended me this Lucidchart software. The teacher gave us some UML templates, and I used the templates and revised them. I used it to draw UML diagrams, design diagrams, etc. I designed the flow charts of the functions, and object oriented classes. Moreover, I used the Mind map function to draw my brainstorming ideas, like my programming plans in the future, etc. Then I shared the Mind map with my colleagues and they saw my ideas and gave me feedback. They really helped me and improved my work efficiency.
I really enjoy Lucinda visualization tools — very helpful to organize ideas.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has all of the features I am looking for and makes it easy for me to create charts and diagrams to mock up system architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I have had a great experience thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to translate business processes into engineering systems and then share those with the rest of my team.
Seamless collaboration, great product
What do you like best about the product?
Feels like Figma but tailored for engineers. Very smooth and fluid, and the collaboration features are snappy and not prone to merge conflicts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more fine-grained access controls on folders and their children.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy collaboration with my team on diagramming software architecture. We were previously using google drawings, which is a very choppy collaboration experience. The tools that LVC offers are very useful too, like automatic arrow shaping.

Lucid chart,Collaborative features Lucidchart allows users to collaborate in real-time with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile apps don't have offline mode Mobile apps for Lucidchart don't have an offline mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps teams solve problems by providing tools for planning, designing, building, and launching solutions. It can help with a variety of tasks.
Exploring Lucid for my BPMN
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are a lot of templates and are segregated as per the use case. Also things like integration with Google docs and having it as a thumbnail works out for me to have a SSOT attached to my lucid workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot comment on that as I have used lucid in a very limited sense while I was exploring a couple of similar tools. I can just say that the UX feels a bit geeky/complex for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was just exploring tools to set a workflow for Student journey at an edutech company.
Intuitive and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward and easy to use - I don't have to read any direction to figure out how it works. Tons of features.

Pressing enter doesn't insert a paragraph
