What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the digital whiteboard feature in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it allows me to connect and share ideas effortlessly, which is a handy substitute for physical whiteboards, especially in virtual work environments. I find this digital version to be a convenient option for remote collaboration. The initial setup of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was super easy, which made the transition smooth and allowed me to start using the tool without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated with the org chart function in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as it doesn't support converting text in a hierarchical format to a digital presentation effectively. When developing and presenting an organizational structure, the process lacks intuitiveness and ease of editing compared to Microsoft PowerPoint, making it cumbersome.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for online collaboration, allowing everyone to see real-time updates, enhancing teamwork significantly.
Excellent Collaboration, But Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Lucid makes collaboration seamless. Multiple people can edit and comment on a diagram at the same time, and the updates appear instantly. It’s a great tool for keeping everyone on the same page and turning ideas into actionable plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike, but sometimes the interface can feel a bit overwhelming for new users because of the number of features available. Once you get used to it, though, it’s very powerful and efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the challenge of collaborating with distributed or cross-functional teams. Instead of long email threads or confusing documents, we can visualize workflows and ideas in one shared space. This has made our meetings more productive and decisions faster.

I love the ease of use that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers. The AI format feature is particularly impressive; it simplifies the process of creating presentations by handling complex tasks automatically, allowing me to input basic information and then return later to edit and adapt as needed. This efficiency is a significant improvement over traditional approaches where extensive mind mapping and multiple rounds of discussion were necessary. The automation element of the AI system eliminates the repetitive processes associated with creating presentations, significantly reducing the time and effort required. Additionally, setting up the suite was incredibly straightforward, earning a perfect 10/10 rating from me. Overall, these aspects make it exceptionally convenient and a tool I'd highly recommend to colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite could be improved by providing an option for different images during the initial review process, which would save me from going back and forth. Additionally, there are a few slides that appear repetitive in almost every presentation. Although they can be easily deleted, it would be more efficient if these repetitions were addressed initially.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to seamlessly integrate visuals with commentary in presentations, saving time and simplifying the process with its intuitive AI features.

Lucid is a reliable diagramming tool to get the job done quickly packed with fantastic shapes, color and icons and I have also enjoyed the real-time collaboration and the integration with different tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing to dislike, I just got what I wanted and I think that’s perfect for me being able to create diagrams easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for everything from brainstorming sessions to project planning. Its a simple product that solves lots of my day to day problems, quick drawing of diagrams and collaborating with others.

The templates are nice and the user interface looks great. It's also easy to use for group work.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with very large diagrams, the software can become laggy, which can be frustrating. It would also be helpful to have more options for export formats. Additionally, I would appreciate the ability to make one-time payments for individual features or to add a single extra chart space to my account, rather than having to commit to a full subscription.

This tool makes it much easier to explain larger projects to the group I'm working with, whether we're making games or working on general coding tasks. It's also really helpful when group members are at home, since it means we don't all have to travel to the college to work on assignments or projects together.

I find the integration with source code management, like GitHub, lacking in the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Figma offers this functionality, which would significantly enhance documentation and planning processes. Additionally, the absence of an MCP server for integration with systems like GitHub Copilot when working on design and code is a missed opportunity. Document management from an enterprise perspective needs improvement, especially regarding handling documents of deactivated accounts, which currently get dumped into an individual's documents. Implementing better retention policies would also be beneficial.
