Very Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy to use! I was able to very quickly make an Org Chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have the enterprise package, so we could not do uploads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current HRIS does not allow Org charts to be printed or easily shared; this is something we needed as a company.
A flexible tool for thinking together, which also makes excellent diagrams!
What do you like best about the product?
Feature-completeness of primary editing workspace: there's all the styling and formatting choices you'd look for in a desktop software product, but in a browser-based editor. It's largely the same conventions as you'd usually expect for formatting and editing too, with only a few platform-specific quirks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the options are a bit clunky, and a few of the shapes have odd restrictions on them—like the post-it note. You want a shape with a colored background and a dropped shadow... but then if you want to change the shape from a square to anything else? No-joy, it's gotta stay a square.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've found Lucidspark useful for collaborative whiteboarding and teaching. I'm using full LucidChart for solo work.
Lucidspark has improved the breadth of coverage in discussions because you have visual context on ideas—with the added benefit of the board you've created collaboratively being 'built-in' notes to refer to later.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use. Ready to use shapes, diagrams and more are waiting for you to use them. It is the ideal application to make your thoughts to visualize. The dashboard is full of many options and also available for a free trial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version is so limited, and the Premium version is expensive and only monthly based. There is no other subscription option. Also, lack of integrations on many platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are modeling our business plan and redesign our work. Also using for organization charts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need an application for making business model and organization charts, you can use it.

Easy simple drawing , many of shapes. Especially, server architecture stencil is great

Need more stencils. Sometime we need to draw UX related idea. Stencils are lack for UX.

My amazing Lucidspark experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to use Lucidspark! I am not a pro at flowcharts, but Lucidspark made building our hiring process easy, and understandable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently building our HR hiring process on Lucidspark. Lucidspark allows me to make a mere thought, tangible!
Haven't used it much but happy to have the offering.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to organically collaborate with my teams is crucial. Without the ability to free form draw/build out concepts we lose a lot of our initial planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still doesn't replace a physical whiteboard and a group of people in a room. When trying to do hybrid it is difficult to use as well when people are in the room with you. It's slow.

Sequence and server diagrams, user workflows, low fidelity designs etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create "post it notes" and using them on a whiteboard as opposed to physically having to do that on my office way. Lucidspark makes this cleaner, easier and more organized PLUS having it tied to my Lucidcharts is a bonus feature that I didn't know existed until I started setting up my account. How awesome to have 2 products that work together to meet the end goal!

Nothing...this is great!! I would recommend this to anyone looking to be more organized.

I have realized that all the Lucid products work together, which simplifies the process immensely.

Very easy to use, annotate, and share. Very easy integration into Google Docs/Sheets/Drive

Would like better visualization of large block diagrams. zoom capability in linked schematics?
