Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to navigate, and map out your networks
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - There is not much to dislike. Its drag and drop.

Great first experience and easy to get started
What do you like best about the product?
I have used numerous charting and graphics software packages in the past. I have been very pleased with the ease of use and getting started with templates. The software tools are very easy to use and integrated well with other Google Suite tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to organize thoughts for strategic re-engineering of our internal systems and client experience interactions. I love being able to browse the existing templates of many who have undertaken similar takes. There is a wealth of options in all popular methods.

Easier to work with certain task together with other people since it I can see what people does in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kinda laggy and not as smooth if I would have done it offline or by myself

Its easier when you need to visualize or use different layouts with other people. Other can add their own stuff and then at the end we can discuss about it

you can not put comments associated directly with a shape, to comment on that process, or maybe to collaboratively improve the diagrams asynchronously

there are other tools that are free but you can not collaborate so it is not as powerful as Lucid.
Great tool to transform disorganized ideas into understandable visual maps

I like how fast the interface is, and the ease of use, it's noticeable the effort they put on UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to import images directly from the web, so I don't have to download them to later upload them

It's great for teamwork meetings, and to previously portray loose ideas to later create understandable processes.

Very easy to use. User friendly and straightforward.

It can be a little challenging to understand all the elements at first.

University assignments and a better understanding of how complicated biological concepts go together. It helps give me a big picture of how things are related and why particular concepts rely on others.

I like the drag and drop feature. You don't need to know much to be able to build an excellent looking swim lane

I wish there were training videos. I had to go to youtube to learn what a swim lane was and how to build one.

The platform is very simplistic but has a wide array of options you can choose from. Moreover, it took me about 5 minutes to understand how to create a basic visual workflow!

There is nothing I dislike about the platform so far - I will continue to use it!

I use Lucid to create digital visual workflows for work - it is super easy to navigate through, and I can complete a great workflow within a short range of time
