Great for large and complex projects and easy to navigate around the website once you know what you're doing. It has a spotless interface and looks great!

The first time you use the system, it can take a while to learn where all the different functions are.

I've found the program is excellent for putting together complex information, and I can compile lots of information together into an organized space.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Lucidchart is that I like how dynamically we could use the tool. The user has been given the facility to configure minute details which helps us to express and represent the data in a more informative way. Another thing is I like the number of options it provides in design, even for non-premium users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product could be made more sensitive and smooth while working with arrows and joints or when the is more clutter. Not a con but just a suggestion.All other things are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing I have used LucidChart is for converting my code to a piece of visual information. It helps the people who read my code to understand better. Apart from this , seniors and colleagues from my organization use Lucid chart to represent the structure and system of a project they are working on and many other things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would very much recommend this software to a new user who is trying to work on chart and on who is working in administrative domain. As it helps to make things understand better through flow charts and diagrams this is a very strong tool for that and also very user friendly.

it's almost like visio, but collaborative and online

Still not clear enough how to do things I'm used to do in VISIO, most likely I'm missing some keystrokes to operate well

Great Tool for Process Mapping and Operational Flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive and allows for faster chart making when compared to Microsoft Vizio. Lucidchart Allows for the development of process diagrams, circuit diagrams, and flowcharts for a fraction of the cost of a PDF creating software like Bluebeam or Adobe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simplify the process of moving from the original file to a PDF or print without the intermediary step. This process is one step too long. When using multiple different pages, the software can be cumbersome to go between pages and print multiple pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Lucidspark first for mapping electrical supply and circuits in an industrial facility. Lucidchart is helping realize the facility goal of mapping the systems much faster than utilizing a CAD program or other PDF creator at a lower cost.
Its been very user friendly compared to the other flow chart apps I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
That you can hover over each shape in the side left bar, and it tells you what capabilities it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were more user-friendly with spell and grammar checks. It wasn't notifying me if something was misspelled. Maybe I wanted to use the feature correctly. It could have been a user error on my end

It breaks down very detailed SOPs for training. I love how visual it's making our run-of-the-mill documents.

Lucidpark has many templates which are useful on a daily business. It makes it easier for you to get your work done.

There is nothing I dislike about Lucid. It works perfectly.

Daily business problems are being solved so easily. Planing and applying strategies is so fast with the ready templates.
