Lucidchart's meshes beauty with design, providing the end-user a clean, and easy to use product
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is extremely simple to understand and master. They offer users a plethora of templates and design options to get started. Additionally, each subsection has a wealth of information on how to properly navigate and utilize for maximum efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Lucidchart is plagued with the inability to customize specific line dimensions, forcing users to utilize longer, unnecessary arrows and taking longer routes then one would hope. This lack of control is frustrating when one wishes to keep a more modern and simplistic look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart allows us to offer a clean, simple design to express certain internal hierarchies to external team members

Recommended, but understand that the software is slightly inflexible
Best browser tool for visual communication
What do you like best about the product?
I can make diagrams on the fly or use their templates. It's great for software companies to diagram their work and flows
What do you dislike about the product?
It consumes a lot of bandwith and since I use Chrome it slows my machine a bit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual communication of concepts. We work a lot on product flows and haven't IF scenarios is key to our day to day work. We get this done with Luchidchart

Easy implementation on your browser and it connects to Google Drive so great for businesses!
Online Diagrams made Right
What do you like best about the product?
Drawing interface is really easy to use, it is a web app, even so it runs smoothly in almost every browser i've tried. Their templates are really useful, I really like the drawing tools, key shortcuts and the ability to import external images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version is really limited, you almost can't taste the benefits of it. But on the other hand, premium is affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network diagraming, flow process documentation, engineering diagrams, uml etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a google docs user this is the way to go.
Lucid chart review
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use software for diagrams and wire frames. LucidChart have commenting and collaborating features allow you to discuss work with notifications and also multiple users can work on the chart at the same time without issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
Customizing lucidchart to provide access to internal users is not very easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have used it for wireframes and process flow charts. Flowcharts have been tremendously useful for understanding the process at a quick pace during training

Not at this time
If you need to make a flow chart, Lucidchart is the place to do it.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart makes flow charting very simple. The user experience is clean and intuitive and the design/development tools are very easy to find and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I really dislike. Of course all software has strengths and weaknesses, but I am able to accomplish what I need to accomplish using Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Lucidchart helps us to create easily digestible flow charts, but we mainly use Lucidchart for rough wire framing. Instead of going into Adobe design products or using sketches, we prefer to use Lucid's easy and affordable tools.

Great for wire-framing and flow charts. Not really for prototyping.

I like the UI and the ease of use. The mind maps and wireframes we created and collaborated on lucid chart came out perfect!

There is nothing that comes to mind other than maybe improve the UI further

Mostly collaborative efforts to create flowcharts, wireframes and mind maps

Its a great way to collaborate and brainstorm with your whole team. You can include the designer, digital managers as well as the clients in the collaboration because of its easy to navigate UI

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use and share across my entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a way to import from Rain King and have the flow chart be built from the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucidchart for account planning purposes to ensure we're speaking with people of power.
Lucidchart for Process Flows
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot a similar functionality to Visio so the learning curve was short. It is web based so there was I could access it with any computer. Also there was no need to install on laptop and also not having to provide proof of purchase for our IT Support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
With connecting line there is not functionality to make them straight or angled, so that took a bit of time when creating complex diagrams. However I was told by them that this was to be fixed in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user has access to their work folder from any computer with internet connections.
Lucid Anything
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and ease of use within this product is fantastic. Allows you to diagram anything without the dread of other diagram software. One of my favorite things with this software is the ease of use to have print size or save as PDF, png, etc. for ease of us in sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transitions from one thing to the next can be a bit finicky at times, but once you get the hang of it, not too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very simple to quickly add items from a whiteboard into an organized chart to share with clients and coworkers alike.
The best software to use in creating diagram
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart comes with free version, allowing me to create diagrams of up to 3 with up to 60 shapes per diagram. which is not bad for free version.

lucidchart takes time to load, I wish there's an app version of it so we dont need to access it via browser, which consumes lots of resources
