Lucid Spark Sparks Creativity
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how user-friendly the platform is, even for someone like me who does not have experience on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are tons of different stickers and templates to choose from, but I do wish there were more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any problems thus far. I have realized that is beneficial to create a rough draft and copy it over to a new page for a final.

I love that I can speak with my team collectively or individually and still have a running record of all of our conversations.

That sometimes their photos show up and sometimes there's just a square empty with no photo

LucidsPark an Amazing Application
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is a simple and a user friendly tool. It is easy to use and make really quick flows, diagrams etc. The best feature of the tool is that the pages that grows automatically as the flow diagram expands. A must have tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The charges are quite high. Sometimes it becomes difficult for a common person to pay but this is really helpful as well. Overall its it is good but yes the process of login can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designing a system workflow for an IT application. Lucidspark really helped in designing the system in a quick and efficient way. Lucidspark is the easiest of all i feel and designing becomes easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it and make things easy for yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful piece of software with many templates - easy to use with very intuitive UI. Makes collaborating to deliver better results very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if there was a desktop app version rather than using web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating diagrams and flowcharts to ensure requirements are clear, edge cases are thought of and planned for.

I guess the ease of usage and the general UI

I guess the only complaint is that some of the icons for various shape properties are not descriptive enough. But this is basically nitpicking.

Collaborating on architecture and design diagrams has been a breeze. Two people working together to finalize an architecture diagram of an application
User friendly and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy and fluid to create a diagram, there's no lag as you're dragging and dropping. It's also very easy to ensure that all lines and shapes are even. There is a great knowledge base to learn too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see a brief description of what a symbol means and is typically used for as you hover over it. The knowledge center is great but maybe more interactive/AI help would be cool especially if you're new to this. It can be hard switching back and forth between tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning to map out business processes and see where the bottlenecks are in some of our current day-to-day processes. It's really helpful to have the visual representation of something and even separate it out according to who is involved. I think it is helping us to see how many steps there are in some of the processes and helping us to trim them down.

the only downside would be the cost of how much it is to get to use it for something so simple as just org charts

I didn't have any problems to solve, but the benefit was how easy it was to create the org chart without manual drawing.
Makes patient pathways easy and straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive design makes it very easy to build workflows that make sense.

The web-based aspect is excellent; however, it can feel a bit glitchy sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently working on creating complex patient pathways through a never before administered treatment and have found the ease of building Lucidspark provides very helpful.

Nothing I think it all is very well put together and the interface is strong

Creating mapping for a special project our department is working on

Real-time user collaboration is very useful for communicating within the tool

Frankly, there is nothing to dislike about lucidspark 🙂

I mostly use to ideate a product with my fellow team members for Brainstorming, which benefits in giving a hassle-free experience.
