What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart gives you the flexibility to create many different kinds of flowcharts, visualizations, and documents. Its templates categorized by topic are top notch and is clearly the best software out there for my workflow creation
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features could use some refinining. In particular, the table feature can be a little difficult to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart provides the foundation for our Business Process mapping across our entire business (both internal back office and for customer specific workflows).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lucidchart is by far the industry leader for flowchart and business process creation. I was a former user of Microsoft Visio, and Lucidchart is the clear leader. You can create anything from simplistic drafts to more complex flowcharts.
Visual, easy to use and mobile!
What do you like best about the product?
Building stuff is so easy. I am a highly process-oriented professional and a visual thinker sometimes. I was used to using a physical whiteboard for speed to just get processes out of my head and into writing as other tools like MS Project felt clunky and heavy to me and then one day I got into Lucidchart. I do every single process I can think of there because it's so easy to just build as you go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation is not quite there yet to me. I mean it's built into the platform and always present, but getting your hands around it can be a bit tough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, it won't disappoint. It doesn't matter if you're used to other software, or if you're trying something a bit more modern than just building processes. It will surprise you.
Process Flow- LucidChart
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to draft the initial data flow or project with different tools indicating specific process steps. User friendly. Can be shared readily with other colleagues or export information as PDF.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the flow lines used in the chart can be hard to work with. It would be helpful if it had more template available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Define data and process flow. Alignment of methodology. Also, used readily at the beginning of the project to define mini-tasks and assignments.
Workflow building tool, not for Novice flows.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is powerful in that you can build dynamic representation of workflows and processes, the "Lanes" feature is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be used to build simple diagrams, but because this is a tool geared towards software devs, building more basic diagrams feels more complex than necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Lucidchart to first diagram our implementation of Salesforce, and was helpful in closing the loops in some of our well intentioned logic.
A Holy Grail!
What do you like best about the product?
Our office can brainstorm together in real-time for any project we are currently working on. We can effectively bring ideas together on screen and organize them with the various tools the program provides. Currently, we are utilizing the free version since we are new to using Lucid chart. However, we have quickly seen how valuable this has been for us as a team. We will likely utilize more of the program in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike any aspect of Lucidchart. It has been a valuable addition to our project team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart ditches loose notes and organizes my thoughts onto one page. I can invite my coworkers to collaborate with me, and we can see what each other are doing. My coworker and I are no longer losing notes, and we have a central place to come back to if we need to brainstorm again. It has cut the time we take to plan a project in almost half.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about this tool is the ability to design the diagrams in a small amount of time(drag and drop feature) and the integratoins which it provides to make our work more easy and fast. Since I can access and share the diagrams with my team members without the hassle, I am thrilled about using the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much bad to comment on this section, but I think It would be much great if they could increase the number of editable documents in the free plan as well as giving few more professional templates. It's not a huge issue, but I think it's something they can look into and proceed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using it to design flow charts, UML diagrams and to model some databases. Ease of design is the best benefit I got.

I can recommend this excellent product whose in need of design of their systems diagrams and flow charts.
Lucidspark is user friendly and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It offers wide variety of features starting from writing down notes and organizing your work to managing scrum team. The best thing about Lucidspark is the ease of use! People can quickly learn and use the application. I like the templates, there are lot of options and most of them are commonly used. We often work on flowcharts, Kanban board within our team. The ability for one member to view the changes done by other in the app is really cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Moving around or dragging items could SOMETIMES lead to formatting issues. However I feel this is minor. Adding few more features for free subscription would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the app as a virtual whiteboard for effective team collaboration. We make make notes related to the project and organize notes and prioritize them. We conduct our sprint retrospective on Lucidpsark.

Great tool for Use Cases and Flow Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
What an amazingly simple and easy to use tool for collaborating while making use case drawings and flow diagrams. The tool lets you easily align and connect tasks and keeps your connections while moving tasks around the page. Collaborating is easy by sharing your files with other users around the globe. I would highly recommend this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have tried loading the service into Chrome for using the Right Click to Paste but the service does not seem to allow me to use mouse menus. It is sometimes difficult to be sure you have invited the right person to share your documents. It would be nice to have some verification of the connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the directory of product development and I often have the need to develop UML use case diagrams with customers around the globe. Being able to share these documents via the web and collaborate is very helpful.
Good Diagram Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive it is and how I can add my own images. I also like how easy it is to share charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how difficult is it to change charts. It feels like MS Word. I move one thing and it messes up the whole chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows me to create network diagrams and call flow charts. I have found it is great for presenting route changes internally or to customers.
