Easy to use & does what it says on the tin
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way that branches connecting boxes & rows stay connected nicely & can be re-routed easily, meaning that you don't waste time on pointless fiddling
What do you dislike about the product?
Function around copy-pasting of text could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a good way to contribute to big complex diagrams (I use it to map out the relationship between tables in a database)
impressive and very versatile tool
What do you like best about the product?
you can work on anything you want with this tool, diagrams, schematics, charts, brainstorming sessions (though Lucid spark es best for this), there are templates for almost anything you could imagine, and if that is not enough, you can always start from scratch with a blank canvas, the tools available will enable you to get your goal
What do you dislike about the product?
the free (essential subscription) is minimal, teases you with all the wonders that you can imagine though it will prompt you very quickly to upgrade the package
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
creating diagrams is much more exciting and easy with this tool, taking notes from collaborative sessions is much easier, and crafting a new template is an excellent activity with all the tools available
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the tool if you are lucky to have access to a business license with all the options available even better, navigate the options, play with the templates and try to set up a session with few colleagues

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid allows multiple users to collaborate in real time without having to change control to ease person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found downsides as it fills the needs that are required for our brainstorming and rapid ideation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time collaboration has become much easier with the limited use of lucid spark.
Good platform for virtual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is easy to use and doesn't need login when used in meetings or virtual bigroom sessions. We can create our own templates for different sessions and develope them as we go. In ad-hoc sessions, you can take a blank canvas and start working from there by pasting virutally anything to the canvas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike comes into my mind right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In large scale project (1B€) we have to work with different shareholders in the project and in multidicipline teams. Lucispark offers us an platform for brainstorming, problem solving and last planner scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick to learn and simple to use. If you don't know the Search is amazing and the guides are simple and on point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to integrate better, the Jira integration is good but still needs more ... but I know ow you've done great stuff in 2020/2021!

Mostly getting a shared understanding quickly of the work and then sharing and iterating.

I HAVE BEEN SOLVING ORGANIZATIONAL AND PROCESS PROBLEMS WITHIN MY COMPANY. I HAVE ALSO BEEN ABLE TO BETTER PAN AND STRATEGIZE MY MARKETING AND ADVERTISING. THERE ARE A LOT OF BENEFITS TO USING LUCIDSPARK! I LOVE HOW ORGANIZED AND PUT TOGETHER MY WORK FEELS NOW!
Full of good UX, nice features and the potential to make every project work
What do you like best about the product?
As a new user, you are quickly able to use the tool to its full potential, as it is not only user-friendly and thus self-explanatory, but also helps you with tutorials in many places if you have questions (which I actually never had to use). The range of possibilities is very large, from wireframe to flow diagrams you can implement everything quickly and intuitively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Presentation Mode could be extended and sometimes there is the problem that individual lines do not scale or move well. However, this is primarily a matter of practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are implementing different projects with Lucid, from internal business process visualization to planning architectural designs of our knowledge base. But above all, Lucid is at the heart of collaboration, as a whiteboard and visualization tool. We can exchange better and ideas are thus found and recorded better and faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The product interface is my favorite thing about Lucidspark. It's very friendly to simply look at and use. I can easily find everything I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some basic features missing, like audio chat. But what I realized with Lucid is that they're adding so many features to the product, and quickly. The product is kinda of newer compared to competitors.

Team collaboration and brainstorming. We realized that team members are more engaged.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate their UI - it's straightforward, intuitive and quick to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had been able to access more features with the free version of the program.

I've successfully been able to create process maps for my organization, visualizing our operational processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and different download options. It had all the basics I needed to create a proper flow chart for a small organization. The online questions page was also very thorough and addressed any questions I had so that I could figure things out myself rather than go through customer support which can be pretty tedious no matter how well the organization has it implemented. It is also very reasonably priced compared to competing products. I also enjoyed how you could save commonly used items rather than have to resize them and fill them every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When switching between portrait and landscape, it doesn't realign your work on the page. Formatting in terms of text alterations and such wasn't the most convenient with the user interface currently in place. I would have liked to see a slightly better user interface in terms of overall flow and ease of use as well. However, for the basics, it is definitley worth the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to create a flow chart for the new recruitment process I was developing. While some of the advanced options were only available with the premium version, the basic/free version covered most of it. The cost is low enough that getting the additional benefits from the premium version wasn't really a deterrant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure when you sign up, you switch your contract to monthly to try first. I was billed for the entire year at a premium when I only needed the basic, though the team at Lucidspark worked with me to refund the additional amount.
