What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its ease in sharing organizational charts, which allows me to efficiently communicate with business leaders about organizational changes. The ability to export org charts into PDFs is incredibly convenient, helping me present various visual options for discussion seamlessly. As a people business partner, this functionality is invaluable in streamlining my tasks. Additionally, I found the initial setup of the suite very easy, which was a great start to my experience with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the formatting issues when copying and pasting formats between different shapes. Specifically, the bold text in employee names does not transfer correctly, which interrupts my workflow when creating visually consistent org charts.

I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps create visually clear org charts, facilitating organizational discussions with leaders. It simplifies sharing and exporting to PDFs, enhancing my efficiency as a people business partner.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think mapping with the keyboard could be better to eliminate the need for using the mouse completely. The hotkeys can be mapped in the same way for spark and charts, and having a complete hotkey mapping section for users to create their own shortcuts would greatly improve the experience.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create shareable workflow diagrams, aiding in understanding workflows visually, simplifying collaboration across my organization. Its easy interface and extensive template libraries enhance real-time collaboration.

I really like that with the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I don’t have to save files somewhere separately and share them manually. Instead, I can simply make a change and share the link once, which ensures all my changes are immediately visible to the other person, provided they have the necessary permissions. This capability streamlines the process, as everyone is working with the most recent version without the hassle of multiple file iterations. Furthermore, I love the real-time collaboration feature that allows changes to be made simultaneously by others, which significantly speeds up our development process. It supports reverting changes easily and fosters smooth collaboration amongst team members. The initial setup was very straightforward and easy; I just had to log in and get started without any complications, making the onboarding process very intuitive.

I am frustrated by the increasing number of features that have become paid over time. Initially, when I started using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, many functionalities were free. Now, much of that has transitioned to paid, which discourages me from using it as often as I used to because I am not inclined to pay for these features.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to easily create flowcharts and organize modules. It simplifies sharing and allows real-time collaboration, speeding up development by making changes visible instantly to others with permission.

That me and my coworkers can edit the same diagram together at the same time, it's free and easy to use.

For me it is some difficult to move over the board. I don't find the mobility very easy.
