This intuitive and intelligent tool is easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Regardless of its complexity, you have access to all the necessary tools, including flowcharts, UML diagrams, and database relationships. Graphs imported from other software are also a significant advantage. The symbol and chart collection is also extensive. A hotspot and a layer also allow you to control display details, enabling you to turn on and off sections of the Chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing about Lucidchart that I dislike. My last few projects have benefited from it quite a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, we use it to build simple wireframe prototypes for feedback purposes. Given that the majority of users are visual, this enables us to put together a graphic swiftly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A lucid Chart is an excellent option if you're interested in drawing flow diagrams during presentations, owing to the program's ease of use. FIt is a great tool for people who have never designed charts before.

What do you like best about the product?
The visualization of the project work that Lucidspark provides is beneficial. I possess a wealth of experience as a PM and as a process engineer for my team. Our department is accountable for identifying, focusing, and clarifying areas in our complex or detailed diagrams. Having a clear picture of what is ahead of my team helps them grasp what needs to be done more clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some practice to use the different tools, particularly when simultaneously used by several people at a live conference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online whiteboards enable remote teams to collaborate and innovate by sharing ideas. Slack integration allows you to receive notifications.

This is an easy-to-use tool that may be utilized collaboratively. Additionally, assist you in tracking results, enabling me to stay on top of things
My team will now move to Lucidchart and we will try to convince another teams move to Lucidspark.

Similar Miro functionality that works much faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
It so happened that we work with large diagrams (limitation of the Miro product). And the guys are used to making references to areas of the diagram or specific objects. This way we can more accurately tell the client which part of the diagram to look at. At Lucidspark, if I understand the support staff correctly, this feature is expected within six months. Otherwise, the set of functionality of the product fully covers our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One team document repository. Documents will not be lost if one of the team members leaves. Visual presentation of the work result. Remote discussion of ideas in one file online.

I was able to create the type of flowchart I wanted and make modifications to exisiting template, thereby saving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a little more flexibility when it comes to rearranging the boxes and resizing them. Needs to incorporate some flexible components of the Visio tool to improve the effectiveness of the tools

A good tool to use. Very helpful for coordinating with team members. You can work together on the whiteboard.
An Amazing Tool for Team Collaboration and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Lucidspark is the ability to collaborate with team members virtually and see their edits immediately after they make them. It is helpful for live brainstorming exercises.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, but the one thing that I think could be improved is the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidspark to help my team organize our thoughts and plan our workflows. I have realized the immense benefit of being to do this visually while still remaining virtual.

Being a web based application i was concerned the the UI used would not allow for presentation class standard to be produced.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI that runs across the page seem a little hollow and by this i am referring to the lack of colour within the ribbon both horizontal and vertical
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Processes, the benifits I am currently seeing whilst using Lucid are the ease of modification of documents and how crisp and clear they are.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer experience was great when learning about different options that Lucid offers. Gabe was very responsive to emails and helpful in answering my questions. The meeting booking system is also convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we would have been able to get a "floating" Lucidspark license so that multiple team members could use the same "license", as not all team members would use the platform enough to warrant purchasing an additional "license".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we're using Lucidspark to quickly creating flow charts, timelines, OHS material for presentation purposes. We've also realized it is useful for creating P&IDs for presentations.
Easy Collaborative Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is how easy it is to make flowcharts, relate items and create diagrams or start with a template. It's just simply a fantastic tool for this purpose; whether you're making a Venn diagram or a collaborative flowchart, it is just simply as drag the figures or lines to the canvass. It starts going from there, and it's easy to sort the flow of ideas while discussing the requirements of a project, even in a remote way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't find the things I want to add, but with experience on the app, that won't be an issue anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making flow diagrams for code that I'm creating it's beneficial, how elements correlate, and straightforward algorithm representation. When having meetings, we can all be editing at the same time the workflow in a more interactive way than just having one person doing all the work and showing the rest of us how the diagrams should look. Also, this tool allows us easy ways to sort the information, for example, sorting elements by categories.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When using Lucidspark, you will fall in love even by using the trial version. Once you decide that this program is what you want to use for your workflow diagrams, you can upgrade to the full version to unlock even more ways to use this product. Having templates and working on the same file as a team is advantageous that it is no easy to go back.
Idle for brainstorming and also creating business workflow charts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidpark is a virtual meeting board. I have worked on brainstorming sessions, one on one sessions and also used the platform to create a business process workflow. It is very flexible and versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with ClickUp might have made the platform even idler for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming sessions have become easier. I have also used it as a meeting minute board for various clients and works like a charm.

What do you like best about the product?
it's easy and user friendly application. It contains a vast selection of pictures and symbols. Excellent platform to realize your ideas via the numerous internet tools. Lucidchart is ideal for working together with small or big teams. It offers fantastic thinking and ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without saving them, I want to preview templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use diagrams, UMLS, comprehensive documentation, system analysis chart and many more everyday activity with Lucidspark. Doing this work using lucid is quick.
