Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a long-time user of Lucidchart, so was excited to try their new product. So far the product works well, and is easy to use!

I struggled in the beginning to follow the tutorials, but I figured it out in the end
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the open canvas and the ability for everyone to be actively involved. Its fun watching people work with you in real-time :)
Lucid app is the right tool for starting of a new product ideation.
What do you like best about the product?
The usability of the tool is excellent, minimal, and on point. When we start ideating a new concept or a new product, it generally starts with a rough diagram on paper. But as the work from home scenario has been adapted we needed to collaborate, in this case Lucid app has solved a lot of problem for us. Even CEO and CFO collaborates with us in this process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am photo-sensitive; the all-white interface feels a bit overwhelming.
Also a lot of people collaborate in the app, hence some people are unsure which element to use to represent a certain part.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product deals with solving finacial operations for startups, hence we have a lot of user journeys. To create these user journeys we use Lucid app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Startups, students, professionals who wish to present their ideas Lucid app can be very handy as creating mind maps, user journies, user stories are very easy. Minimal diagrams represents the ideas in a very crisp format. Should have a background understanding of the elements that represent a specific condition. I have seen CEO, CFOs even working at the collaborative board along with the other members of the firm to start off with ideas. Hence when it comes to small firms or startups theis tool can be highly beneficial to represent initial ideas. Lucid app is like a digital idea pad.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy-to-use interface of Lucidspark! It allows a user who is not familiar with the program the ease and confidence to work like a pro! You can work litterly from anywhere! It is very visual in nature and it can work from eitgher a Windows Platform or a Mac Platform. the Colaboration feateure is handsdown the top feature! I amable to quickly create charts to illustrate processes and workflows to external users clearly and efficiently. Lucidchart is a great tool for small flowcharts and diagrams that are used during the documentation process. It is very easy to use, has a lot of different elements that you can use to customize your graphics, and helps you optimizing your time with excellent results. Drag and drop features, data incryption, group chats and commetns,dedicated support are som of the key features that has impressed me with this online web based program.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many templates to choose from unless you are using the Premium version. I find that when using the pre existing templates - there is not a wide option of colors and shapes available unless I am using the Premium version. There should be more variety of color g(gradient) options available for free vs premium. Sometimes the arrows from one action box to the next get a bit wonky and crazy. Not the end of the world, but slightly annoying sometimes. Lucid chart does not offfer a "desktop app" option as at times I am not in a work are athat offers wifi or interent access. There is not alot of availabe space to save a document , unless you are using the Premium version. Templates lack education, healthcare, and legal fields
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating flow charts is not typically in my wheelhouse - I always felt a little daunted by creating flow charts. With Lucidspark, it makes creating flowcharts extremely easy and truly fun! I find that the collaboration allows realtime changes or suggestions that typically waiting for co workers takes time away from the project timeline.
Creating complex sales systems and workflow diarams creates an eaiser to learn process for onboarding of new staff and as a re minder and refresher for existing staff.

Be patient! As easy and friendly as the user-face is for Lucidcharts - it is not going to do the job itself. Become familiar with what the program can do and what you want from the program. For free software - it is fantastic!

It was easy to map a process and create organizational structures that also enable us to cost out the changes.

There is nothing I consider I can provide as negative feedback, every time I use the tool has helped me.

The ease of use/functionality. It really feels intuitive.

There are a few clunky bits which result from links to Luidcharts, it seems.

A broad range of solutions but more than anything ti provides a very useful tool to get creative thinking going.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX and that it is so easy to use. I don't have to concentrate on how to learn the product but on my problem. Very intiutive.

Actually there are no downsides. For me it works perfectly.

Without being a Design specialist, I can design easy and fast Process Diagrams for process and feature descriptions.

Just use it. It will make your life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaboration and working with team members on the same project. The collaboration makes putting together a big task easy and straightforward. The tools allowed within the software are also straightforward to understand and use, even for a beginner user.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about Lucidspark. If I had to make any recommendations it would be to add more tools to the tool set, but the default toolbox that you are given is more than enough already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving team brainstorming ideas and creating a foundation for a project. I have realized that it makes a great team environment and contributes to team chemistry. Seeing everyone work on the same project is great for team bonding because everyone can see and talk about what they want to contribute to the project.

I like how user friendly and easy to use it is.

I dislike the fact that when im doing a chart and want to add an additional graph sometimes it can be slightly difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to concretize difficult ideas through a visual helpful guide that is comprehensible for many people that could not be done via word or excel.
