Easy To Use Visual Aid!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the drag and drop feature that allows you to easily create pathways and text boxes to connect ideas or make processess.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection points can be a little wonky at times when trying to attach arrows. They sometimes cross over over lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great place to store all of our process flow charts, business-to-consumer pathways, and other visual charts and hierarchies.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and intuitive, especially if you're not naturally creative

Quite a lot of features that I haven't got to grips with yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Havent encountered any problems, but I benefitted from having a nice clean visual view of all the things relevant to my business. Very easy to communicate this up to senior leadership
Overall very thoughtfully designed
What do you like best about the product?
It is nice having everything centralized, with a more significant amount of features to share amongst team members. Lucid has always been helpful, but now it aims to become more of a hub for work and ideas. I can see this continuing to mature into something an organization would heavily depend on in their day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. The goal is always to maximize features while maintaining simplicity in the user experience. I am intrigued to see how it continues to develop over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not currently solving any problems, as I was testing it out of curiosity. I could see how the collaborative nature of it would be conducive to problem-solving for many types of teams.

Try it out. It will surprise you.

I'm a new user I haven't found any negative things about Lucidspark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped me be free to do other things with my business because of Luxidspark platform.
Hands down, far and away, the best and easiest-to-use flowchart software available
What do you like best about the product?
Amazingly easy to use and edit: too often, flowcharts are monstrously difficult to edit or rearrange once you've put one together, but with Lucidchart, it's effortless. It's also great for importing files created with other tools, and the export options are extensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints—we just use it for flowcharts and for that it is exceptional, but we're aware that it has a range of other use cases that we've not explored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've lacked a really good tool for creating flowcharts and project visualizations, but Lucidchart solves this problem for us entirely.
It’s been incredibly useful to create charts and share different processes and decision threes.

Being able to layout all of my ideas in an organized and understandable way

Lack of personalization in styles, colors and themes

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Layout the idea first, and once you've thrown everything you got on the blank project, start organizing the ideas in a way that is easy to understand fro everyone else reading it.
Fast and Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in developing workflows, class diagrams, or creating documentation is impressive. The tool is designed in such a way that we don't need any prior experience in documentation. But still, be able to create meaningful documents very fast. And anyone can create a flow diagram easily with Lucid
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding customizable themes to Lucid will be a fantastic feature. Even though importing documents from other tools is straightforward, sometimes I could see tiny issues due to compatibility. Other than that, Lucid is an amazing tool to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regularly use it for collaborating work with other team members. For designing any solutions, Process workflows with Lucid provided a clear picture of the end product. Another significant benefit we got by using Lucid is better documentation of the entire architecture of our application. The team was delighted to use Lucid for documenting, which improved the knowledge transition to other team members. To Summarize, Lucid is an excellent investment for our team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this tool to anyone who wants to achieve well documentation for their product. Also, this tool provides better planning of any technical or product workflows, thereby keeping everyone on the same line. In a way, this also improves ramping up new team members as Lucid documentation provides a better understanding of the product.
Level up with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I find the illustration/diagram function extremely easy to navigate and use. It allows you to quickly create and recreate shapes and boxes to create sophisticated flows and logic charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there was a way to export diagram links externally and online. Currently, I believe each user would need to have their own Lucid account to view diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to create and collaborate on some lengthy and robust logic charts. The ease of use in creating templatized shapes has been a huge time saver and Lucid is now my go-to platform for creating such diagrams.

I have found this to be very easy to use and has many features which are intuitive and robust

I use this for process flows to share with others outside of my immediate team. They have found these diagrams to be easy to read and follow

Different - we make a lot of schemas and diagrams for better communication and understanding some things. Also, it's very useful when we discuss something.
