The fact that you are able to customize the diagrams according to your needs. The diagrams are quite unique and you can choose innovative shapes and colors to create remarkable displays

A minor complaint, but I wish they had more templates to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidspark for multiple charts: marketing processes, roadmaps/timelines, customer journeys, and quick visual reports.

Styling of the visualizations is far behind Whimsical or other modern visualization tools.

Ability to map out flow diagrams and create visual diagrams

Reorganizing the order of bubbles or just moving them in a diagram can be frustrating when they have arrows linking them. It requires things to be lined up perfectly for the arrows not to have odd bends

We can easily show a visual workflow to get ideas across to others in our lab.
Easy and clean looking. Does what I want it to do.

Drag 'n' drop, drag arrows to boxes, copy and duplication very easy - even between projects!

Nothing to dislike. An offline version would be nice - not sure if this exists or not.

Creating accurate flow, progress, and process charts for internal and external use. Easy to update and export.

Some of the icons kept being selected for no reason and sending Back the icons was a hassle. The arrows are very sensitive .

It allowed us to provide a very high level picture of how our business model worked and the services we provide

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to edit diagrams collaboratively with multiple people. Being able to view changes done by other, real time is such a nice feature. The availability of multiple templates for any purpose. Very simple to use and no steep learning curve even for fresh beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, moving items around can lead to unwanted changes. Dragging an moving around items need to be more glanular. That is, when i make a selection of multiple boxes by dragging the mouse around, i should be able to select what all items will be affected when i move the selection around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating business workflows to clearly define business processes, which are vague and requires really good tool to clarify them. Using it to create Organizational charts to clearly chart out organizational structure. Creating UML diagrams for use cases and mapping activities and sequences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a grade above the rest of the diagramming tools available in the market regarding simplicity of use, ease of setting up, templates available, and collaborative tools. I recommend lucidspark over other diagramming tools
Phenomenal tool for documentation and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates that Lucidspark offers for my documents. Some I never even considered before using Lucidspark and now cannot live without! I also really appreciate the flexibility of month-to-month billing, with discounts for annual terms.

So far, I haven't found anything that I don't like about Lucidspark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making diagrams for my product's user workflows was never clean or easy to edit previously, but now with Lucidspark I feel like the design elements of each chart make things move faster and make changes quickly. I have found better options for charts and diagrams that I had not even considered previously, which has made collaboration with various team members that much better because the visual representation of our projects eliminates any miscommunications. Lucidspark is a time saver!
