Great manual flexibility but not streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot of flexibility in designing your own system / workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a lot of manual work and not as streamlined as I thought it would be. Our company uses it for an org chart and when creating it, it's not as organized and user friendly as we wish it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company uses Lucid to sustain our company org chart.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for project management and show of workflow use.
Solid product, diagrams are visually appealing
What do you like best about the product?
The UI for creating diagrams is easy to use, and the resulting diagrams are clean and visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason I don't like searching for shapes. Not sure how to improve it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an assignment to create a UML class diagram for a graduate-level software development class. Lucidspark provided a good interface for us to use to make our diagram and all team members could work on it at the same time.
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's a very intuitive easy to use tool. I could build my charts in a very intuitive way. It also allow you to duplicate the chart on the same file to make a different version. Very usefull if you're making a study of different options. It also allow you to have different flows of the same project on several pages, but on the same file. It's easy to share with a pdf or with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The arrows with the text come default in white color and you can't see it if you're not looking for it. I would make default a color that would contrast with the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm working creating flows to help on product development.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using lucidspark to use lucid chart for making various charts for my internship and have since found out that its the best way to make charts when you have a small amount of time
Useful but user experience can be friendlier
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and snap shapes, easy to connect lines etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whole platform seems a little slow and cumbersome. It works well but not as smooth as it can be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating workflows online. The benefit of easy view and share by team memebers
IT WORKS GREAT! I encourage everyone to try it.

I CAN search for specific project dashboards that will enable me to use it for requirements that I need to complete deliverables I need to meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing I do not like about it. I really enjoy using it becaue I can use the lucid charts to crete a dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving a dashboard request that I need to create for my manager so that it clearly meets the requiremnts that senior management is requesting for a large project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend if you want to use this product that you seriously think about purchasing it for good results in projects that you are currently using. You can create dashboards and specific charts to represent what you are trying to accomplish.
Simple of use and ergonomic

What do you dislike about the product?
too much color and I would like something simple to draw schema and workflow

I'm solving problems related to complex IT architecture when working from home with collegues, it's easier to have a brainstorm with it
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it's helpful during this time of covid when most people are working remotely (replace a paper board)
Easy To Use Visual Aid!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the drag and drop feature that allows you to easily create pathways and text boxes to connect ideas or make processess.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection points can be a little wonky at times when trying to attach arrows. They sometimes cross over over lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great place to store all of our process flow charts, business-to-consumer pathways, and other visual charts and hierarchies.
Excellent way to visualise your business
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and intuitive, especially if you're not naturally creative
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite a lot of features that I haven't got to grips with yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Havent encountered any problems, but I benefitted from having a nice clean visual view of all the things relevant to my business. Very easy to communicate this up to senior leadership
Overall very thoughtfully designed
What do you like best about the product?
It is nice having everything centralized, with a more significant amount of features to share amongst team members. Lucid has always been helpful, but now it aims to become more of a hub for work and ideas. I can see this continuing to mature into something an organization would heavily depend on in their day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. The goal is always to maximize features while maintaining simplicity in the user experience. I am intrigued to see how it continues to develop over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not currently solving any problems, as I was testing it out of curiosity. I could see how the collaborative nature of it would be conducive to problem-solving for many types of teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out. It will surprise you.
