Amazin Lucid chart in an architect showcase
What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to use and develop a chart in few mins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific, but UI can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to build a chart, and anyone can preset that to others in much detail.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI of the program was easy to use and with the integration to Google Workspace, we were able to collaborate as a team on a very in-depth mindmap of our internal processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little time to figure out where everything was and how it all worked, but after a little bit, it was pretty intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving away from white boards and hand written notes. Lucidspark allowed us to collaborate as a team dynamically on screen.

Sometimes it's easy to click the wrong thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the issue of having too much floating around my brain and being able to get them out in a way that makes sense is great
Solid, Intuitive App
What do you like best about the product?
The LucidChart platform was incredibly easy to pick up in a short amount of time. I was able to create high quality graphics and charts with minimal experience, and my team was thrilled with the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no snap-to-align feature to align components which made it difficult to center and organize different bubbles and boxes with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've really struggled to find an simple and effective tool specifically for creating charts, graphs and diagrams. Lucidchart is easy to you, has an excellent look, and the ability to build complex graphics and integrate plugins. I can't speak to the collaboration components as I have only used the product on my own, but I will be referring clients and coworkers to the product.
Great tool for brainstorming and creative collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The design flexibility is perfect for collaboration, and I love the different tools for editing (text, shapes, sticky notes)
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no downside to it for what I use it for!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidspark for brainstorming and also visually representing strategy and competitive analysis, which is really helpful for me to visualise information.

What do you like best about the product?
As a data scientist, I feel being able to visualize our data pipeline a necessary aspect for our company. Lucidspark provides unique layouts for our diagrams. I love how efficient editing diagrams are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints with Lucidspark at the moment.

We were able to diagram our entire data pipeline making this easily understandable for ou the company.
User Friendly Templates For All Org Chart Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I had previously been using PowerPoint for my workplace org charts. It was a little outdated in terms of templates, layouts, and formatting. Lucidspark offers a wide variety of templates for a broad range of workplaces. I was able to experiment with the options to find the right fit for what I needed to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished I was able to space out the different boxes uniquely according to what my project required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's highly easy to use and the templates are modern and comprehensive. I am able to display the different branches and departments in my company, and am able to update as things evolve.
New to the Product: Very easy to learn and use
What do you like best about the product?
I had no idea about BPMN, and the ease of finding the proper icons to use made it really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no been able to find a disadvantage yet. I am still new to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating process maps and system maps. It is really self-explanatory and easy for those who are new to it.

With Lucid, we can chart the entire process of how our product is made and all the different components that go into the process. The benefits are that the charts are easy to share with other people and that it is simple to follow along components in a chart.

Use your support team! They are very helpful.

Very user-intuitive, and easy to use. Not additional training needed.

The categorization of the files is not the most easy thing to organize.

Workflow and flow chart. Very customizable to my needs.
