Great way to organize data!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidspark is how easy it is to navigate and learn. I started using it on my own under a time crunch and created a document that was organized, color-coded, and easy to follow in no time. The people I showed it to could understand what I was trying to get across. I like that there are many different shapes/designs that you can use to make your documents more exciting!

What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked how the site automatically added more pages for you. I meant to keep everything on one page to print it out for others, but realized I had everything on four pages instead. I had to reformat to get it down to one page. It was also a little annoying trying to get all of the boxes centered on the page, since there were different pages going on.
Another thing that I had a bit of trouble with was dragging lines from shapes. They kept going all over the place so I just had to wait until the very end to put those in.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we have solved is helping new hires figure out our processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want something simple that gets the job done nicely, I would definitely give this a try first.
Org charts extraordinaire!
What do you like best about the product?
How simple is was to create a org chart from an excel. There were also tons of template options.
What do you dislike about the product?
My first time using I had to play around a bit, but its pretty easy to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Org charts, I had an EA tell me she needed 5 days to create org charts. With LucidSpark I was done in a matter of hours.
Great and Simple tool to design

I am pretty new, I have used draw.io in the past. I like lucid because it is simple and easy to use. It has a wide range of icons and images

Convert complex business journeys into simple and more understandable flows. Its easily shareable, importable and exportable.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first I found confusing differentiating between Lucispark and Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating phisical UX Design practices in online versions such as brainstorming, evaluations, testing and sprints.
Easy to use and free website.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it is effortless to use and free in cost. Excellent platform to convert your ideas into reality by using various tools availiable on the website. I would recommend it to all the students and enthusiasts.

The only thing missing here is the difficulty of finding the templates for the diagrams.

I use Lucidspark to create the flow diagrams, Block definition Diagrams, and various other kinds of charts to present and store my project data. Basically for Project Management. Benefits are: It saves time, and Our presentation looks very professional.

New and old business process flows. Seeing a high-level overview visually adds simplicity and certainty when making decisions

Great Tool for UX Designers
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is great for collaborative work with large or small teams. It allows for great brainstorming and ideation sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I would like it to give more control over the look of charts and flows being created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now I am using it to layout User flows and User Journeys to help get our team on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. Also, the variety of templates provides alternative ways of presenting my ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to preview the templates without having to save them.

I am solving conceptual problems. The benefits are to get my ideas more organized
Able to make amazing flowcharts super easily
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and learn. Able to make clear flowcharts with no training at all. Love that you can work collaboratively with others. Was able to make a flowchart with a colleague that works two time zones away with no problems. Really impressed by how easy it was to put a solid, easy to read, flowchart together. We were able to make changes on the fly and thene export our charts to use them in a presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit finicky at times, but usually easy to get working properly. Export process could be a bit improved/refined. Sometimes arrrows and lines do not snap into place as well as I'd like and can mess up the organization of the chart. Chat feature could be made more prominent and easier to find. Colleague and I ended up chatting in the main whiteboard most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to make flowcharts very easily instead of having to draw them out by hand or try to make them in another program like Illustrator. Made it pretty easy to export charts in to use them in Excel and Google Slides. I especially liked that there was an option to export to SVG as that allowed scaling without messing up resolution and made the presentation look that much better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use Lucid if you're looking for a collaborative platform that allows for simple and easy flowchart creation.
Amazing Tool to work with
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the smoothness in creating the flow diangrams or document. The Layout is very precisely defined and doesnt take much learning effort to understand the tool, to use to its maximum potential. Lof of options for symbols and I could see they are contantly updated with the latest technologies out in the market to make the document look really meaningful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you can provide for dark theme, I would love that. Also desktop Apps for solving the same would be an amazing solution. Sometime in small screens , creating the tasks would be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for day to day activities on class diagrams, UMLS, detailed documentations, flow diagrams of the process and much more. When it comes to benefits, completing this tasks with lucid is very fast. Somehow the tool increases the thought process to put as much details as possible. Efficieny has improved considerably after using Lucid.

Its the best app out in the market which can provide you the solution for any process flows or documentations, or better understanding of your own product. This simplifies the task of doing the documentation which increases the efficiency and therefore
