Lucid for Small teams in Sales Operations
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is how easy it makes collaboration across teams. Its real-time editing and intuitive design let everyone stay on the same page, while integrations with other tools ensure everything works seamlessly together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawbacks of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite are that it can be a bit pricey for smaller teams or individuals, making it less accessible for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Sales Ops, the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a powerful tool for mapping and optimizing sales processes, creating visual account maps, and managing data insights. It helps visualize key metrics through dashboards, streamline CRM data analysis, and improve team collaboration via virtual brainstorming and project planning. Additionally, it’s useful for training and onboarding, enabling interactive materials and role-playing scenarios to enhance team skills. Overall, Lucid simplifies complex workflows, fosters alignment, and improves efficiency across sales teams.
Great for Visual Learners!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaboration element of Lucid. It makes brainstorming collectively so much easier. We can all contribute and see each others ideas in a timely fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve. There are so many features that I am not sure I'm getting the full benefit just yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely but with a team, it can be a challenge to work together in a space. Lucid allows use to easily integrate our existing plaforms and work collaboratively seamlessly.
Loving it so far
What do you like best about the product?
Loved to draw technical flow charts through the platform and collabing with the team for the same.It's easy to tag team members in comments for an effective communication. I've been using this frequently for a new feature and I'm finding it easy to add stuff to my diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
support with Jira has not been very visible and this has been a con for me since Figma provides me this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To show the team on my technical approaches and have a visilbility on my processes. It also helps me to receive feedbacks directly on the specific parts.
Super fast and cool
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive. Its easy to use mind maps and diagrams without proper training. Real time collab work is a game changer. Wide variately of templates saves a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be steep for smaller teams. Some advance features are locked behhind the paywall. Sometimes the platform can fell laggy when workikng with large diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps our team streamline complex workflows and visualize processes clearly, especially when working remotely. Communication during project planning has been reduced.
A fun tool that can show clear processes and workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of making flow charts and the ways that team members can contribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to format everything more easily to make the charts more visually appealing, aligned, and consistent. I find that I've spent more time perfecting the look than I'd like!

Mapping out user journeys, allowing for virtual brainstorming sessions

The user interface is good and has more morden feel

What do you like best about the product?
It was quick to pick up - I wanted to try the software to create a quick flow chart to support a process. It was pretty easy to start, with no time invested in tutorials, just click and drag and go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the drag and drop funcitoning was a little fiddly, so when editing small boxes and shapes, it often thought I was trying to create the next step - this led to quite a bit of deleting!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brings to life a process with several onboarding and decision points, making it simple for new team members to follow.
Flexible tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexible and has too many features. Features feels like a add ons and easiliy intergrated as if in the need of new feature lucidcharts can easiliy implement

UI design. Needs to feel more simple and easy.

It solves direct interaction problems over charts between different users.
