What do you like best about the product?
I use it to take notes and synthesize research. I appreciate the shortcuts to create notes and bring up tools. It helps me keep up with the person I'm interviewing. I also used the voting and timer features to help meeting attendees have more control.
I really like that I can share the whiteboards with anyone inside or outside my organization. All they need is a link to the board.
The sort and organize features are so helpful because it saves me from having to manually organize information. Helping me save time means that I can get information from research quicker to the teams that need it.
I appreciate that the notes are on the sidebar instead that on each post-it. Makes it easy to reply, review and jump between notes.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit tricky when I try to select text inside a sticky. Not sure how many clicks it takes to select one word vs the whole paragraph vs the space between two letters.
I wish there was a shortcut to move layers easily. I find myself working around that by cutting and pasting groups of objects that want over a canvas (frame with a white background). I tried using command + bracket for Mac but didn't work.
Depending on the size of the object, it is hard to select versus resize objects. The cursor changes too quickly when the media box is too small. So better editing controls would help me do my job better.
I do wish that there was a way to get attendees in a board without them having to create an account as guests. For participants who come once to our board and never again, it becomes an account that they won't use again.

I conduct UX research and Lucidspark helps me prepare an environment that my participants can use as if we were in the same space, like moving stickies and writing down their thoughts. It removes most of the challenges of working remotely.
Lucidspark has also helped me create workflows, customer journeys, effort vs time matrices while sharing it collectively with my team in real-time.
Using Lucidspark as my main tool allows me to quickly share my work with my clients. At the same time, they can review my work on their own time and leave comments.

Lucidpspark is a versatile tool that support collaborative teams, as well as, solo workers how need space to brainstorm and keep digital notes. You can even export your boards, which is hard to find in online collaborative tools.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the free version lets you experience the product, which convinced me to upgrade.

It is a single place solution where I can achieve most of my professional goals such as team collaborations during work from home where we can share our ideas and come to solutions for complex problems.
The things which I liked the most about lurid spark are:

Inbuild templates that can be used for cross-functional requirements. The template will almost always fit your requirements.
Options to import inbuild templates and diagrams.
Easiness to create the diagrams with most of the things available as drag and drop.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an option where I can upload a JPEF/PNG image having ER diagrams (any diagrams) and the tool should scan it and give me the layout of the same in the editable format. It will help me to work on some models which were previously developed on some other platform.
Secondly, I would be glad to see an option where I can write a Database query and it creates a Database Schema diagram for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was challenging for my team to collaborate during work from home, but lucid spark solved most of the purpose as no we are easily able to put up our ideas and come up with solutions to our daily BAU. This Product is available globally so my team is very easily able to use it.
Also, it saves my time as many things are pre-defined and I just need to drag and drop the components. There are many pre-defined templates available that help me in developing my model on the fly.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark was easy to navigate for a swimlane exercise. The free features were enough for my use case. This was my first time using it and I was really impressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little slow and froze a couple of times, though that could've been my internet service or the fact I was running Zoom and sharing at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a low-lift, easy-to-use brainstorming tool to use with my offshore team. It was nice that we are all able to access it and I was able to share out the diagram afterwards.

The simple UX makes it easy to quickly put together charts and projects so you're not spending hours on something you shouldn't be.

We are utilizing LucidSpark to engage visual learners in our team and have noticed a large impact on improvement in comprehension through visual reference.
Intuitive Process Charts
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use and very intuitive. Lucidspark has everything labeled, and as someone who didn't have much prior experience with making flow charts, I was able to make really intricate maps and flow charts with relative ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
When making lines go from one object to the next, the lines are occasionally challenging to create clean and organized. Grouping objects can also be buggy at time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can make flowcharts for the manufacturing site I work at to illustrate the production processes better. It is clear and concise.

I think there is nothing wrong with this web site but you can add more figures in it.

Very intuitive to use, which allows you to get building quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu bar on the left disappeared (I think someone closed it in the team) and I couldn't easily figure out how to get it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to build a visualisation of a complex organisational restructure and redeployment process to give a process map of understanding it and the options - rather than drowning in lots of text based documents. It makes it much easier to people to identify which process they are in, what is next and what choices and options they have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy and intuitive to use, especially if you're familiar with apps like Miro. I like the collaborative aspect. And especially the ability to zoom in and out and expand across different dimensions (unlike using ppt, word, or standard MS tools) that way you don't spend masses of time formating to fit.

I am using to maintain my org structure and direction. Now, we have a more clear org structure and flow that is easy to understand for the teams.
