I was looking for a tool to visualize our company flowchart. It should be easy to use and that my teammates can edit the chart. So I found Lucid. The tool just has everything I need, at a reasonable price.
I have used it in the past weeks. I like how easy it is to control and navigate within the tool. When I need to add new components, it is easy to connect them with the current parts, and move them around the board.

Just give it a try. The trial version is long enough to explore almost all the features.
Easy to understand and use it
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly user-friendly, and anyone can understand it. The more you use it more you love the tool. They release updated often, which keeps the system up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like the system has a slow interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating new processes in our organization it is beneficial to use Lucidcharts. It's so fast and straightforward to use the tool. I love that it auto connects.

Responsive design allows easier flow charting than powerpoint

when you copy and paste elements like arrows connecting boxes, they kind of go everywhere / form the least intuitive paths you can think of. Then you have to spend a few minutes realigning the arrows

The platform is very user friendly and effortless to use. It has variety in options and templates.s.
What do you like best about the product?
The options when building your own structure, and the seamless auto-update. No need to remember to save.
What do you dislike about the product?
The arrows you can pull to connect to another shape or box. It's kinda glitchy, and when I want to go straight and then down it starts to move all weird. Also, finding the arrow for a specific box can be difficult.

I'm head of operations at a startup - which means that I am now trying to create charts and flows of customer and employee journeys, and trying to pinpoint areas of improvement and automation.
Extremely easy way to create diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to drag and drop, connecting the boxes is so simple. Architecture diagrams are super easy to draw and sharing with team members is what i like.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we double click the arrows are created and sometimes are annoying. The template groups are too many to choose from and a bit uneasy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating software design diagrams. I can create diagrams in no time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a bit of learning curve for a user of Sparx EA or Visio. Once you invest in that learning, this is so easy to use.
Perfect Tool for any work environment.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use with a great result. Lots of different variatons and and easy to adapt during the process. Aside from that, i has a lot of possibilities and anyone can use it. Very handy for different situations and looks professional. The exporting functions a pro as well, as are the import functions. I can recommend this to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, could use more formats and a better overview. The graphics can be improved a little bit. The initial setup can be smoothend up for beginners. Overall a very good and easy to use product, should have started with this product way earlier.

Realising complex diagrams that could not have been done so easily with a different program. Easy and fast to use, saves a lot of time. very good to work in teams and outside the work group. It is used in a team and integrates with the software so that is is up to date all the time.

Easy to use, recommend to everyone. Saves a lot of time and work, get real and professional results. There are also a lot of different possibilities and templates to choose from. During a process you can change it and it saves it automatically which is great and handy. ALso good is that is has an in-browser function. Very beneficial for the efficiency in your work and business. The setup is also easy to follow.

I like that the interface is intuitive and clean.

Understanding what the product is, what it's for abs how's its different from lucid chart was not communicated clearly.

I mostly use it for mind mapping with others and exploring ideas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just get in and play with it abit. It seems weird at first but after 30 mins you will have it down.
Good cloudbased design. Efficient and effective.
