Love Lucidspark!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to add elements to a layout and make notes and collaborate with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't had any issues, though I would like to see more about how changes are tracked (changes made by other team members).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team needs a place to easily mock up our processes and collaborate on them. Lucidspark has been extremely helpful in keeping us on the same page.

The feature allow you to just drag and drop the charts, and the connection lines are auto-adjusted with your drag and drop. Which is a pretty covenient feature

You have to pay to be a member inorder to do copy and paste function

I was tasked to complete a flow chart. The benefit lucidspark provided was time saving for me

Generally speaking, this is among the easiest applications that I use to power our business objectives on a daily basis. the overall intuitiveness of the software allows even the newest users to quickly & efficiently get organized and stay on track.

There really isn't anything that I dislike about the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit lately to using Lucidspark has been the overall flexibility in creating, updating, and sharing updates. This has given our team the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams with varied degrees of input and responsibility.

Warehouse Management Systems Development and QA Testing. It is a useful tool for documenting processes and presenting solutions.
Easy to use and with all essential features
What do you like best about the product?
It is self-explaining, you can use it right away and it has no colmplicated payment system. Besides it is equipped with all nessasary features and not overloaded with functions you have from other systems. And I like the clean design of the boards.

Right now, I don t have anything which I don t like. It seems to function stable and has anything I need.

What do you like best about the product?
My clients and I very rarely meet in person, so having the opportunity to visualize our brainstorming sessions remotely is invaluable to our creative process. I appreciate the flexibility of the tool and ability to request feedback and commentary, as well as export to presentations. Overall I think this tool is well crafted, thorough, and has a wide range of capabilities for both internal teams and out-of-organization consultants. I will be using this tool for future collaborations with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that they design tools could be a little more advanced, or offer a more advanced option. I understand that many users of this tool are not designers, but this is not something that as a designer, if I were to present a video or presentation of our session, I would not feel comfortable presenting this as a final product, even in preliminary stages. I would most likely only use this to gather information from my clients.
Additionally, of course, it is never quite the same as being in the same room. Performing these asks digitally can still leave room for misinterpretation. I would still feel the need to be on a call together while using this tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on word documents and finalized PDFs hinders our creative process when brainstorming the organizational structure of our topics. We are now able to create drafts of our thought-processes without fumbling through photos of old real-world white boards and spending extra time in design tools to recreate them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to assign roles within your team prior to utilizing this tool. Each collaborator should be aware of what they need to contribute or the project could get messy.

I think the main selling point of Lucidspark was that everything feels very fluid and easy to use.
I had been using design packages to visualize ideas, which was always time-consuming. Lucidspark makes everything so easy and quick and easy to share with colleagues.
The fact that there was an immediate snapshot of the visualisations I was making was a simple plus point.

Limited storage at start - it would have been nice to make this clearer at start so I didn't exceed the limit.

Very easy to use and great features

The ease of using the software, the auto save feature is the best and it allows auto object connections points that makes it easier to link objects and the vast no of graphic options.
