Awesome Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity of lucid chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about lucid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use lucid chart for B2C process flow. It helps people understand the steps needed for build-out.
Great for dynamic org chart development

The layout is intuitive, instructions are clear, and the org chart tool is easy to use.

While I appreciate the sharing functionality, it took our team several attempts to ensure all users have the appropriate access to all features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are developing a new org structure following an acquisition to combine two partner companies. The primary benefit is the ability for multiple users to provide input in a dynamic way as we iterate on the right view of the combined organization.

Lucidchart is a fantastic digital tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Lucidchart for its templates and ease of use. This tool has made it incredibly easy to create mind maps, process flows, and org charts. I've used it multiple times for various capabilities and it has always proven successful in meeting my needs and providing the necessary outcomes for me to get the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the default view that appears zoomed-out. Both the desktop and the mobile version seem to zoom out far from the content I've created. I have to zoom in quite a bit to read what I've created and when I zoom in I'm unable to see the entire chart and/or process flow. The mobile app is also sometimes a bit hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am ale to mind map my thoughts and work through my organization's processes. This has been an incredible tool for me to create visuals to pair with my organizations standard operating procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
I have tried many alternatives with similar purpose but by far this is the best. User friendly interface is easier to use and adapt. Allows Collaborative and real time on screen sketching. great for team discussions and communication. Runs without any hassle. Vector drawing tools, color options and brushe sizes. Allows screenshots to be pasted directly, reduces hassle. The grid helps it easier for sketching, and clear background.

incorporation of further tools and vector support. Real time chat box and communication tools shall be added. Calling or video calling maybe, for easir communication. Being a designer, we need tools to supprt vectors, although Lucid has some, but further addition is required for easier communication. The interface is wonderful on copmuter but becomes difficult to control and work on phones or tabs (smaller screen).

Easy software to create flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
short learning curve to learn the software. i started using the software within an hour of starting a document without much hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
small selection of templates to choose from. not easy to format the texts within the flowchart boxes as you. it would be good if the flowchart witin the page can be self-formatted to fit within the page as you enter more information, like it would in PowerPoint or in Word.

being able to easily create flow charts to document processes. I'm currently using the individual license so have not had a chance to use the collaboration tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Beneficial functionality for business process mapping. Simple drafting of shapes, arrows, and 'snap-to' functions. Helped our team accelerate understanding of processes and to drive innovation within the business with process map options and whiteboarding.

Overlaid page sizes would be helpful to inform sizing of charts.

Easy to use, great options, fair price, nice interface, usable, easy to train, regularly updated, the export functions are great and the import templates too. Great tools for loading external images. Friendly tone, easy to navigate, good images. Modern style

Its great I dont find anything really an issue on it. The help section could be a little better maybe. It's a good product I havent really found any issue. Once you spend time learning some tips and reading the guides its easy.

I use LucidCharts for Org Charts & Customer Journey Mapping. It explains things easily for staff. The team can understand where the focus is and what we need to work on. Visually its simple and easy to follow. I can make changes easily when I need to
