Simplest and the best for technical drawing and producing flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
I use this tool to draw diagrams and the shapes and arrows are just automatically aligned and positioned. The template library is enormous and the elements like icons, circles, images and lines create great satisfaction while designing a diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far this is a powerful tool that is optimized for all kinds of diagrams even the complex ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Engineer I have to write a lot of documentation every week, most of them have diagrams and this tool helps simplify representation of electrical power systems showing control circuits and wiring paths with its drawing tools.
Excellent tool to better describe processes and ideas through quick diagram creation
What do you like best about the product?
The libraries with custom templates make a big difference for me to easily start a flowchart or diagram which makes project design quick. It’s greatest feature is different types of shapes are available for the selected diagram type and I have the ability to export my documents with the possibility of saving in different formats for quick presentation to product managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is never short in the amount of tools and customization even when I need to create very elaborate diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating process flow diagrams to document product design processes helped us massively in collaborating on concepts and ideas that needed to be visualized. The use of flowcharts in our documentation workflows enabled us to develop once visualized diagrams and flows further whenever required and once documented.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it's very easy to use and straightforward. It's also like a source of truth for important parts of documentation, especially regarding document diagram flows. These aspects are really helpful for onboarding and handing off knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite already has a built-in AI tool. It would be nice to have an AI tool for voice chat documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to solve knowledge sharing issues through diagrams and address silo problems. It serves as a source of truth for our architecture and API interactions.

Lucid is solving wasted time. It’s estimated that poor communication can cost employees hours of productivity every week. By using a visual suite, you're not just "drawing," you're building a roadmap that reduces meetings and speeds up decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite creates a shared thinking environment instead of just a drawing tool. It lets us explore, refine, and connect complex ideas visually while maintaining structure and flexibility. I enjoy that it supports the natural progression of thought, from rough concepts to well-defined systems, and makes relationships and priorities visible, reducing ambiguity. The real-time collaboration is purposeful, allowing teams to build clarity together. I find its ability to preserve clarity as ideas become more complex incredibly useful, as it lets us refine structures without losing the original intent. I also like how the visual framework accommodates both high-level thinking and detailed analysis, seamlessly moving between strategy and execution. Additionally, the initial setup is quick and user-friendly, enabling immediate collaboration. The platform integrates well with other tools, turning visual ideas into actionable plans, and it greatly improves teamwork and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a strong and well-designed platform, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience more polished. When working with very large or information-dense diagrams, navigation and visual organization can become slightly demanding and require additional manual refinement. Some advanced features, although powerful, are not immediately discoverable and may benefit from clearer in-context guidance to help users unlock their full potential more quickly. Additionally, greater flexibility in fine-level visual customization and smoother handling of complex workspaces would further enhance usability.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite transforms unstructured ideas into clear visuals, reducing miscommunication and alignment issues. It enhances collaboration by providing a centralized visual workspace, speeds up decision-making, and improves clarity, coordination, and shared understanding in complex collaborative work.
Straightforward tool with sufficient and easily usable templates to design network diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a wide range of starter templates that allows me to draw different types of diagrams although sometimes I prefer starting from a blank slate since I can easily search for any shape or icon I need and I can even import images. It has a drag-and-drop feature that makes it easy to work with and manipulate different lines and connectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t faced any issues using this tool it is a very easy to use tool for me and has enabled me to create them diagrams without any hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been great for making UML diagrams, ER diagrams and network activity flowcharts. Very good results came from using this tool especially when creating a process flow for the presentation of our cloud architecture processes.
Great functionality and powerful drawing tools to satisfy all your diagramming needs
What do you like best about the product?
The platform’s simple interface, wide range of drawing tools, and support for exporting in various formats makes it a valuable tool for my work. It is easy to connect the arrows to the boxes and aligning all the elements is straightforward because of the wonderful grid system that lets me place components perfectly aligned side-by-side or under each other to quickly create diagrams and flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything negative to point out about this platform and I have not yet found better platform than this for the functionality it offers.

I am able to quickly put diagrams together, model curriculum and design lesson flows tailored to multiple proficiency levels and share my work to ensure we achieve effectively coordinated timelines and learner engagement.
Very Easy to Use, Straightforward Layout for New Users
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use. Everything I need is right there, and the layout feels straightforward. Overall, it’s very friendly for new users and simple to get started with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price isn’t bad, but it’s not great either. I think offering a lite plan for new users could be a good way to attract more people.

It helps me create workflows that are self explanatory and are helpful when I am trying to get new employees learn the whole system

What do you like best about the product?
I love how well organized and easy to get to Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is. It provides me with the ability to upload, which helps my students see the whiteboard online. The setup is so easy, making it seamless to start using it for teaching, especially with its role in writing. Overall, it's a good tool for keeping everything organized and easily accessible.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for teaching; it helps me write and upload, making online whiteboarding accessible to students. I love how organized and easily accessible it is.
The best and a must-have tool for creating all kinds of diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Some of its standout features are the wide range of templates, shapes and customization options that enables me to create and customize fantastic diagrams and charts that fit my specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the available straight and curved lines are great for most diagrams, it would be nice to have more variety in line thicknesses to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a great experience using Lucid to map how our databases are structured and it has been extremely useful in my work to display how data flows within systems to people who are not very acquainted with technology.
