Easy to Use and Share
What do you like best about the product?
It makes creating a flowchart very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is a little cumbersome but it serves it's purpose.

Cross Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing the Lucid charts among the collaborators with specific permission. The comment system in design to compare the pros and cons. Great integration with Confluence doc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Found it to difficult to pick a template like flow chart or DFD

Can share the chart with multiple teams and offline collaboration
Lucid is easy to understand for beginners

Lucid chart is for detailed diagramming for real time brain storming and white boarding.

None come to mind.Everything is easy to understand.

Lucid collaboration solves the problem of facilitating effective visual collaboration within teams.
Snappy, effective and quick to work
What do you like best about the product?
LucidSpark is quick and allows for fast workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't as many templates available when compared to places like Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration challenges and it allows for quick workflows and snappy ideation. It feels lightweight to use which is great when comapred to places like Miro that quickly become clunky and cumbersome.
Reliable AWS Architecture Diagramming Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Lucidchart for creating AWS architecture diagrams over the past month, and it has proven to be a dependable and straightforward tool for my needs. The platform offers a clean interface and a comprehensive set of AWS-specific icons and shapes that make it easy to visualize complex cloud infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
It is obvioulsy better than power point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to connect the arrow.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed using lucid to create detailed process flows. Lucid is very interactive and has very cool features to improce flow designs and capture comments / actions on the page.

I enjoyed overall everything about lucid

Flow of activities are easy to capture
Very intuitive to use and has made diagramming and visualizations considerably more simplified

The intuitive nature of the offering that speaks to me as a user and addresses my needs very simply and effectively

There is nothing I dislike about Lucid. As previously stated, very intuitive, simple to use and effective in meeting my needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I previously used to use Powerpoint and Google Slides and their templates to produce diagrams. I often found diagramming this way to be a painful and frictional experience. Lucid products remove this friction and make this work effortless for me.
System Design made easy
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate with different shapes and get like cloud specific icons. Templates are amazing that gives hints on how to make your diagram appealing

Trial window period should be long enough
