Supports very creative diagram design options that are very well received in presentations
What do you like best about the product?
It has several elements, shapes, templates and icons that I can use for the canvas to support brainstorming, idea generation and presentation flows. I am very impressed by the user experience and the real-time update of every edit of the diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing limits the useful of this tool and it serves me very well as a project diagram and chart manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tools helps me create paths that identify patterns and opportunities for our design intervention and also the resulting diagrams become key parts of my project documentation.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows me to visualize project timelines and workflows in real time to enhance rapid execution.

I am a daily user of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite mainly Lucidchart and I barely come across bugs on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to develop product roadmaps with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite through creation of visual representations of project timelines and milestones.

What I like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the AI generative features.
What do you dislike about the product?
On Laptop browser it is a bit laggy once there are several boxes and dragging them around feels really clunky

Our business problem is managing client processes from ordering to sending packages.
Flexible, diverse in elements options and straightforward in designing
What do you like best about the product?
Coming with a plethora of sheets and objects, its so easy to produce professional looking diagrams with this tool by simply dragging the stencil shapes onto the canvas. This has come handy when I want to capture ideas, procedures, electrical diagrams, among many other options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually don’t have any points against since I’m satisfied with the tool but I suggest it could be more colorful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using it to prepare data flow diagrams for my projects and process flow for everyday manuals and documentation.
Very stable for creating functional diagrams that amplify processes
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has numerous pre designed shapes that help me to continue with my projects efficiently. It has various export options which gives me choices on how to use my diagram and flow chart creations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps some more of getting started tutorials although I was able to complete my first project quickly with a little experimentation.

I needed it for creating project process and workflow diagrams and it has all the functions I was hoping for that I had been unable to locate in other software.

The platform provides rich, useful and engaging visualization assets that make it super easy for me to find just the right look. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite keeps my team and I on the same page and helps to visualize complex ideas in a simple manner. It also helps us to individually and collectively map out complex concepts and campaign ideas that need to be understood more immediately in order for us to get buy-in early.
What do you dislike about the product?
Layering of various objects can be a bit challenging with a lot of objects in play.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to get ideas down on a page quickly and then organize those ideas into proper documentation demonstrating what was discussed. The arrows on workflow diagrams are easy to align, and i like that you can export as a PNG to insert into Word documents.

We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as a collaboration tool and it's great for enabling our teams to work together to understand complex problems remotely on a shared board. I like how it makes use of drag and drop flowcharting approach which has made the process of creating process maps a lot easier, faster and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, i haven't yet experienced any challenges while using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite so there's nothing to dislike about it.

We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as our source to ensure we are on time and tracking towards completion. It makes collaboration when process mapping a lot effective.
Quick insertion of templates and shapes make diagramming very easy
What do you like best about the product?
It’s got enough templates to help me start and finish my diagrams. There are also many shapes that I can easily drag here and there to achieve what I want.

For me, the functionality is quite sufficient and it offers really professional options for creating diagrams of choice.

Most of my existing library of Lucid drawings are used to clarify roles and responsibilities across different functions to avoid confusion about task ownership.
Effortless Visual Planning and Easy Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It makes visual project planning and documentation easy to compose and arrange, as well as share and collaborate on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a limited number of shapes and templates available. Common templates can be useful, but more detailed ones could be helpful for other applications.

It makes it easy to make wireframes of analytical dashbaords for quick drafts and review.

Specifically, the floorplan tools are remarkably useful, with features like copy and paste, grouping, and wall building enhancing my project experience. The setup was seamless, which I would rate a 10 out of 10, demonstrating its straightforward and hassle-free initial installation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the variety of floorplan items limited, hindering my ability to create diverse designs. More options, like curved walls and different types of doors, would greatly improve the experience and functionality for my projects.

I find the product makes my projects less time-consuming and appreciate the user-friendliness and versatile floorplan tools.
