An Awesome Product
What do you like best about the product?
It was really helpful in reducing and improving the efficiency of the workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ui is a bit cluttered in some screens
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve multiple problems
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the best tool in the market which provides cross platform compatibility unlike visio
The best way to have a team retrospectives remotely
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark has changed completely the way I and my team do retrospectives now. All the visual communication happens in real-time, giving you the sense of being in person in a room with your team. Very useful and important for this new age of working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have Lucidspark as a desktop application because it is very common for me to have the browser cluttered with tons of tab.
Having it separated from this frequent chaos would be very helpful for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Lucidspark is solving for me is the fact that it makes communication with the team easier and clearer. Now I can understand better and faster the ideas of my colleagues and it has become rare to have misunderstandings in brainstorming sessions
Lucidspark fo the win!!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Lucidspark to get feedback and insights on all new processes we're building at the current start-up I work at. It's made it so simple for us to communicate and share our thoughts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I'd like for it to export better, but it might be an issue on my side!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need additional meetings and someone taking aggressive notes. We hop on a call and I share the board and we're working while we're talking. After the meeting I can organize and share and throughout the entire week, before we meet again as a team, we're working on the board and can get projects done a lot quicker.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it! If you don't understand the value of a virtual/digital whiteboarding solution, ask me! or obviously anybody at Lucidspark. It is a great tool!
Great product, easy to use and share
What do you like best about the product?
The work platform is straight forward and easy to use. Very easy to collaborate with members of my team. Easy to import and export product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version is a little limited with available graphics and can't share easily with people not on Lucidchart
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work flow was solved much quicker. Other teammates were able to edit in real time while working remote with me.
My LucidSpark Review
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with the Mind-Map / Charting interface, as well as the generous options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot find anything that i disliked about my experience. This is a fantastic and useful tool for collaborations at work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Lucidspark to draft a proposal to improve the downloads and product specs areas of our website. This service has made it quick and simple to chart out my ideas. It's practically like pen and paper.
Easy and handy product for all kinds of system design
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is a very handy application for creating quick flow charts or designing the backend without any hassle. It was easy to work with and all the tools provided are easily understandable to create an effective design that can be shared with other teammates. The color tone of the application is also easy on the eyes.
Another best thing about the application is its online and their is no need to download a software for it.

What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing to dislike. Everything works as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating flow chart and also collaborating with teammates for designing the relational backend system.
Created table structure and deciding with the team which field can be a primary key and foreign key to another table and eventually normalizing the table to be finalised for use in real database.
Loved the easeness in building the structures of tables and connecting to create relationship between them and adding labels so that other collabrators can also identify the relationship between different tables.

Solid service, definitely worth giving a shot
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to have an incredibly effective brainstorm with minimum effort. Hit the use case at a solid level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing was a bit confusing in terms of what features you get where and why
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative brainstorm. It worked, but not that much better than other products.
I found Lucid super useful for story mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I found the possibility to import/export Jira tickets extremely useful.
I also like a big choice of templates we can use for different purposes, especially when brainstorming ideas or creating a roadmap.
We also quite often use the voting option as it helps with decision-making while removing several human biases.

What do you dislike about the product?
When the number of people exceeds 10 collaborators, the tools sometimes do not work as intended (it freezes and moves back and forth parts of the board)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We perform impact mapping, story mapping, and brainstorming mostly. All activities where visual collaboration is needed.
Great for virtual collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
That this connects people in our virtual world and provides a space for quick brainstorming sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much buy-in from folks that had never used this product. Were overwhelmed if they were new to it so hard to start a new meeting to conduct a brainstorming session with those unfamiliar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outlining processes to identify 'waste'. It provides that whiteboard brainstorming session that is missing in our virtual world now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In our new world it's so hard to have great, productive, efficient brainstorming sessions with everyone at the table contributing. Lucidspark provides that space and allows the team to come together and converse, vote, draw out their thoughts on any project or process that is being reviewed.
Less heavy, much cleaner, more effective and user-friendly tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
- It provides a clean interphase with only essentials, it is " fat-stripped "
- It contains various helpful collaboration tools to keep people engaged, such as voting, timers or assigning post-it colors to team members, and it seems like Lucid keeps adding more at it goes
- Is has the capacity to seamlessly migrate to Lucidchart and back
- Best experience I've had so far in connecting shapes using arrows, locking / unlocking shapes, among others, I believe that excellence is in the details

What do you dislike about the product?
- Doesn't allow browsing through an uploaded PDF inside the canvas just like Miro does, I find myself needing to have a separate repository for files outside the canvas
- Also, unlike Miro, people you share the canvas with cannot edit it unless they pay for a license, Miro allows you to add guests to collaborate in your shared canvases

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Lucidspark has allows virtual collaboration. During the pandemic we could not meet as a team to perform the kind of analysis that we were used to performing with the help from a whiteboard or the use of physical post-its. Lucidspark has allowed us to do the same things virtually and more.
- Having members be present during innovation exercises was also an issue for us, they would quickly get distracted answering emails or other things on the computer. Lucidspark allows you to assign post-it colors to team members so it's easy to spot when a team member is not collaborating, for example, if John is assigned the color blue and during a brainstorming session you don't see any blue post-its then you know that John is not physical or mentally present (or maybe he is really bad at coming up with ideas). The timer and voting have the same effect of maintaining the team engaged.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try different platforms, Miro, Lucidchart, Lucidspark, Mural, etc.. You will not know what best suits you until you try various ones. I have tried the first three and Lucidspark is so far my favorite.
