What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to be remarkably intuitive, which greatly facilitates my workflow. The extensive documentation available is extremely helpful in guiding me to seamlessly bring my ideas into the tool, ensuring that I effectively utilize all its features. The enterprise support team stands out impressively as the best I have worked with, providing a reliable backbone of assistance whenever I encounter challenges. The suite's ability to integrate smoothly with other platforms like the Atlassian Suite and Google enhances its utility in documentation and process workflows. The tool’s real-time engagement capabilities enrich interactive planning and design thinking sessions, significantly boosting my productivity. The initial setup of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was straightforward, which made transitioning to using its full capabilities an effortless experience.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for real-time engagement, AI-driven diagramming, and integrating with platforms like Atlassian, Google Slack, enhancing visual collaboration, process documentation, and agile planning.
Lucidchart: Essential Diagramming Tool That Elevates Team Collaboration and Understanding
What do you like best about the product?
I love the diagramming tool, it has been so helpful in my work in trying to identify existing processes to see where things can be improved. It's also been such a game changer when our team is putting together documentation around reports and data structure. It's so nice being able to be part of a team so that anyone can pick up the work to make updates or changes when necessary and have a shared team folder. We use Lucidchart multiple times a sprint, and the different features and helpful customer support team articles on new features are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a small learning curve when getting started on which icons should be used for what, but I love the variety and am grateful for the different options to help differentiate steps or items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is helping us better explain processes, data structure and organizational hierarchy to others in a simpler, easier to digest way. It can be hard for our less technical users to visualize what we're planning on building or how things are structured since that's not their area of expertise, but being able to show them visually how we are planning things makes it so much easier for them to identify any possible changes needed.

Effortless Visual Collaboration Despite Minor Navigation Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite incredibly beneficial for virtual teamwork, particularly in a remote working environment where sharing visual ideas is essential. I love how easy it is to modify visuals, add comments, export, and share documents, which significantly enhances collaborative efficiency. The Quick Tool option stands out for its utility in quickly accessing commonly used features, serving as a useful starting point for exploring tools I may not be familiar with. Also, the initial setup of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was extremely straightforward, as I only needed to use the enterprise account login provided by my company, allowing me to begin using the product immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it sometimes hard to navigate around a page. On occasion when I am trying to move around the page, I accidentally select something in my visual and it moves instead. In addition, when I am screen-sharing, the text on the page can be hard to read, it seems like I am either too zoomed in to see the full visual, or I have to zoom too far out and the text cannot be read. I don't currently use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite with any other tools, but I would like to integrate it with Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to facilitate remote team collaboration, offering a virtual space for visual idea sharing and brainstorming, solving the problem of lacking physical collaboration spaces.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is to use. It simplifies the process of creating and sharing workflows with my team, making collaboration on projects much more efficient. I enjoy the ease with which I can share information, which fosters a collaborative environment. The ability to effortlessly integrate with other platforms is another feature I find particularly valuable, as it enhances the software's versatility in fitting seamlessly into our existing workflows. Additionally, I find that it significantly speeds up my work processes, allowing me to accomplish tasks faster. Overall, the software's user-friendliness and integration capabilities stand out as major advantages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite could integrate with Figma a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create workflows, share with the team, and collaborate on processes, facilitating understanding of complex tasks. It helps me run design workshops, aligns everyone effectively, and speeds up work through easy sharing and integration with other platforms.
Awesome team collaboration software!
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing tool to generate diagrams/flowcharts (Lucidchart) and share with the team. We also use it (Lucidspark) for running our team retrospectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
User experience on tablets could be improved. Would be awesome to see a seamless experience between something started on a desktop, and being iteratively worked on say an iPad

What do you like best about the product?
How I am able to effectively create diagrams and flowcharts that enables me to visualize data when making business decisions is one of the greatest things ever about Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The blockage that I was experiencing of logging to Lucidchart and Lucidspark iOS applications is no more since I upgraded to the enterprise tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing strategies and objectives in my business has been at par for 24/7 with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

Lucid AI has been a particular game changer. It’s intuitive, practical, and truly cross-functional. Teams across the organization can leverage it without any heavy lift or steep learning curve. It helps remove the tedious parts of work, like formatting, brainstorming setup, or diagram generation, so people can focus on creative problem-solving.
We’ve also seen a big improvement in organization and sharing thanks to teams. They’ve drastically reduced orphaned documents and made collaboration smoother. Everyone can find what they need quickly, and sharing visuals or process maps across teams feels effortless. Additionally team templates ensure we are consistent and communicate effectively.

While the majority of our teams find Lucid to be a great fit we did encounter challenges using Lucid Spark for large scale, global planning sessions. Specifically, our boards that included a very high volume of integrated Jira cards occasionally experienced lag and performance issues.
Though what really stood out was how the Lucid team handled the situation. Their support and engineering teams worked closely with us to troubleshoot extensively, exploring multiple solutions to improve performance. When it became clear that Spark couldn’t fully accommodate our unique scale and complexity needs, they guided us through a thoughtful transition to another product—ensuring continuity for our users and minimal disruption.
This experience actually reinforced our trust in Lucid as a partner. Even when the product couldn’t meet our specific use case, the team’s dedication, transparency, and collaboration made a lasting impression.

I like how ever since I implemented it the vendor has continued to incorporate new features such as collaborative AI.

Even though most of users in my organization had a steep learning curve, no one gave up since the vendor tech team came through and offered free ebooks and support.

Seamless Infrastructure Diagram Modeling and Visual Collaboration Suite at Par with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I started Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in 2020 as a Design Engineer in my current organization. Ever since it has been easy and rapid to create detailed and complex models of infrastructure. The new AI initiatives tools automates complex workflows such as diagramming and ideation.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I was a new user I was using the individual tier which wasn’t possible to use the iOS mobile applications with - I will never downgrade from the Team plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Project Engineer, I am able to create project plans, create complex diagrams and collaborate visually with colleagues in one place with Lucid.
