My need for Lucidspark.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark allows a team of any size to collaborate to share ideas, resources, notes in an ongoing creative way that is functional and creative. The available tools to organize information, link resources, and expand as needed is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I used it before I used Jamboard. I look forward to it being linked to our organization's waffle. If I were picky, I would say when using the board, zooming in and out moves quickly or more significantly than expected, so I sometimes lose work and have to find it. That could also be a user issue as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over the last year, I have had to collaborate and be creative with more people outside of my organization, I have used it to run those collaborative meetings to keep them organized in a place that everyone can get to and used effectively.
Kinda fun, otherwise neutral
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark was easy to use, and the real-time collaboration was neat (very much like Google docs in that regard). It was easy to create shapes, write text, import/paste pictures
What do you dislike about the product?
We struggled to find a great use case for this tool. It's pretty cool for collaboration purposes, but the organization didn't see it as worth the cost for the marginal benefits it provided in our context. I also wish it had more keyboard shortcuts; I'm a shortcuts kind of guy, so having to click the zoom button slowed me down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Lucidspark as a tool for software sprint retrospectives. As far as benefits, the voting feature was nice so that we didn't have to find other ways to emulate voting. Being able to see cursors in real-time was also helpful as people spoke so that they could virtually "point" to what they were talking about.
Great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is and the solid templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
that it's not as advance as mural.......
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aggregating information and ideas and cataloging them.
Awesome tool to use for creating flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to learn and easy to export to whatever format you need
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more templates to use and there was a desktop app as the load times are a bit slow sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating flowcharts to make our processes more efficient. This brought a lot of structure to our team.
Great for planning
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive drag and drop features and ability to add in different kinds of annotation graphics helps communicate plans and strategy for projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. I only used intermittently for planning purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to communicate planning and strategy to fellow teammates.

Nice collaborative tool to share ideas in a really Professional look
What do you like best about the product?
Possibility to simultaneously edit a chart, document, whiteboard while seeing also what the other players are editing.
My team love the design capability, the different icons the library is offering.
This tool is really intuitive and you don't need a 3hour training session to be able to master the high-level functionalities.
The look and feel of the charts at the end of the creation process is really professional.
We also love the exportation functionality that is available and the fact that we can save and edit in the cloud.

What do you dislike about the product?
zoom and un zooming is sometimes a little bit complex depending on the size of the chart.
If the chart is already a big graph, it may be difficult to see where the people are editing their part while you are connected and looking at the same chart.
An option like "follow this specific user" or "last edit by this user" could be helpful to better follow the creation process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, process definition, working in parallel with some coworkers.
Everything that basically required a whiteboard in the past during meetings where we could all meet in the same room.
As of today, Lucidchart is helping us with the ideation and the structuration of our ideas, which is something really powerful in our engineering world to share our knowledge and get feedback and retroaction on the projects, ideas, assumptions that we currently have on the corner of our notebook.

Great way to collaborate while working remotely!
What do you like best about the product?
Having preset templates was very useful to get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Options for colors and shapes are minimal, and some of the controls for those are hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly used for brainstorming with a remote team . Also helpful for diagraming processes to help communicate with other teams.
Fairly decent whiteboarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to draw shapes and see what others are doing too. Many different shapes, arrows and colours make it easy to quickly sketch technical workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat hight learning curve to make it really useful. Also, having a pen or similar pointing device when using it makes a huge difference. It seems like it was designed for pens but it's a bit hard to use with a mouse.
The zooming functionality is difficult to use. Wasn't obvious how to get back to the middle of the board.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whiteboarding virtually when no one can go to the office.
