Personalized Dashboards and Effortless Sales Metric Tracking with Lucid

  • November 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I give double thumbs up to how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows me to create personalized sales dashboard via Lucidchart. With this dashboard I am able to automatically track vital metrics and performance indicators.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, lack of video conferencing capability is the biggest challenge so far, but I have integrated with external web conferencing tools to use this feature without switching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping customer journeys via creation of visual representations is one of the benefits of using this tool.
In addition, real-time visual collaboration is another thing that I gain with LVCS.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enables me to collaborate with colleagues on documents and projects from anywhere via remote work tools.
Lucidchart to be specific streamlines diagramming and charting via importation of data from third-party sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in 2019, I have never experienced difficulties customizing features even the new education learning tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating diagrams and charts is seamless with Lucidchart mainly when using the AI tools which automate the workflow.

Effortless Workflow Design and Collaboration Across Borders

  • November 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It really makes systems and work flow design as easy as it can possibly be. I like the prompts and pop-up advisory "how to ..." articles as well as the ability to export to .pdf, MSWord and other formats for collaboration with colleagues in remote locations (think Africa). This also enables printing on large format paper for use in workshops where Internet links for working on laptops is not available.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a non-profit that is just getting established the fragmentation of Lucid Suite components across different subscriptions is a challenge. We need to watch every dollar we spend so signing up to a short test period with a callable credit card payment as back up if we don't de-subscribe quickly after testing is not possible. For small teams of less than 10 people, who are working on Lucid perhaps a few times per month at most and over low bandwidth Internet links, a suite-wide subscription with ability to take a chart off-line and then upload a version with comments, would be welcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are developing and testing a new digital platform to enable SMEs in low and middle income countries to get financing - mainly through their banks, by slashing the time and cost of applications, de-risking, improving security, traceability and efficiency of the end to end process. we are just starting to use Lucid Chart to plot work flows, Ai embedding, Corpus relationships and system logic - AKA Wireframing. On other solutions that I have tried this work is tedious and I spent more time learning the application than thinking. LucidChart frees me to just sketch out ideas and visualise my thoughts without the underlying app manipulation getting in the way.

The next step will be to try out the collaboration possibilities with our 3-person team in Kenya so that I can talk through our processes with them and adjust the chart as we go - eg collaborative Whiteboard..

When you ask "is the product or service expensive?" I think for small non-profit organisations like ours you should offer a one-price subscription covering the 7 Visual collaboration suite tools together. Small organisations like ours will probably only use parts of the suite each month.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I don’t anything to complain about when using this program. It’s the best chart software I have used with such simplicity of using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Key tasks that this program helps me execute is illustrating the steps, inputs, and outputs of the entire revenue cycle and it also provides me with a standardized and reusable format for audit documentation.

Steep Learning Curve Limits Usability Despite Versatile Features

  • November 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that it covers different operational situations. It has many elements to prepare your presentations and makes easier collaborative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not as user-friendly as other presentations apps, where you can easily prepare and present. With this one, the person needs to have a minimum of project knowledge or operational knowledge in order to effectively select the proper chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is a good tool for mapping information to present to my students.

Effortless Collaboration and Visualization with Lucid

  • November 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Lucid makes it to collaborate and visualize ideas. It’s super intuitive, works great in real time with my team, and the integrations keep everything connected. Perfect for brainstorming and turning messy ideas into clear plans!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid is great overall, but sometimes it can feel a bit slow with large or complex diagrams. The pricing can also get a little high if you need access to all the advanced features. A few more built-in templates or easier permission settings would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps our team stay aligned and visualize complex ideas easily. It solves the problem of scattered communication by giving everyone a shared space to brainstorm, plan, and design in real time. It’s made meetings more productive and helps turn ideas into clear, actionable plans much faster.
