The most intuitive collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid spark is a combination diagramming and mind-mapping tool that helps collaborative brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to pay and manage an additional subscription when already subscribed to Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software product design, business processes, User experience design.
Great software
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sharing, importing, and the organization and power to represent what is needed
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes a little hard to get the right focus on an object that is needed. I use the latest chrome browser, and at times if I want to resize, it thinks I am drawing a line. Once I cntrl-z to undo then I can get the focus I need. It's just a little tricky there. But that is about it for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just need to for our software diagrams. Works great.

Excellent Software - highly recommend as its browser-based and a great way to share diagrams across a team. Highly functional and imports other diagrams seamlessly.

The easiness by which you can draw any type of flowchart for process and organizations.

Flexibility in export options is limited.

Sharing overviews of workflows.
Easy to use, powerful tool for process mapping
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to learn how to use this product. It's extremely user friendly and has many options to customize your process charts. It is colorful, well structured and makes mapping a breeze. It also boosts collaboration in teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small details related to the functionality of adding shapes and the way arrows point when adding them to charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to map complex business processes that are easy to read and follow. My teammates have enjoyed seeing the charts I am able to create.

An essential tool for our business
What do you like best about the product?
Our team thrives on the ability to co-author in real time. Our collaboration and creativity skyrocketed after implementing Lucidspark.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, excellent product. Would love it if they had not-for-profit pricing to help organizations like ours use this to fight the pandemic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with mapping processes and ideas. Other platforms were just too clunky and flat. Lucespark allows us to collaborate in real-time and bring our ideas to life.
For the type of work I do, I can usually just use lucidchart to diagram out my working sessions
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration of a team that can simulate being in a physical room putting sticky notes on a board (agile storyboarding)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, most of our team isn't using lucidchart so getting our team and vendor in hasn't been feasible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think my biggest use case would be replacing the ability for a team to be in person and do agile storyboarding. We usually only do this on a new project kickoff, so not something that happens a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to use. I used this product for making my flow processes which is super easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe make this more user-friendly. Sometimes you need to struggle to find the tools.

I can prepare my flow processes and organogram easily using the Lucidspark product.

It is very good product and could ease out some of the processes if you use it properly

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is the most intuitive collaboration software I have used. It leverages a lot of what I am familiar with in Lucidchart. Thankfully the two are compatible too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a learner mode that prompts the creative process and shows/uses more tool tips. The options for new users can be a bit overwhelming until they get into the flow of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with others to solve problems, brainstorming new ideas, andshaping concepts are different ways I have used Lucidspark.

Use it, and as you try other tools you will realize the strengths of Lucidspark.

I didn't feel that there were a great deal of features that could not be achieved using the standard Lucidchart app
