Lucidspark is a great tool that allows novices to quickly create very refined artifacts.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to grab shapes / pictures from anywhere and incorporate them seamlessly into my wireframe documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any difficulties with the way I utilize this application, therefore I can honestly say that I do not have any dislikes (at the moment😉).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primary utilization would be based on creating illustrations of UI screens for various web based projects, to guide conversations with development and stakeholders. Lucidspark allows for a great deal of pre-development collaboration that generally saves a substantial amount of money for our clients before we begin any coding.
Nice tool that helps our team collaborate while we are remote
What do you like best about the product?
We've really learned how much we take the humble whiteboard for granted these days. Being able to collaborate as a team in real time to brainstorm and plan is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web interface outside of the board tool (navigating saved files, etc) can be a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use the tool to quickly collaborate and to brainstorm. We use it to design software and systems architecture as well as for our team retros.
Intuitive and capable tool
What do you like best about the product?
I haven't had to look at much documentation to complete my charts. Very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes don't realize where something got saved.

I use it for basic flowcharts when both clients or co-workers need clarification.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to model any sort of framework or diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaboration tools are not great. For team collaboration and live workshops I prefer MIRO
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modelling complex flows and diagrams for collaboration between various functions within product development teams.
Excellent for remote teaching and collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Best is the ability to group and regroup post-its by different strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the zoom doesn't do what I expect, but it might be my mouse. :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I guide students through their capstone projects, starting with individual student ideas and trying to winnow those down to a smaller set of projects with which all students can engage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use the "upload" feature to pre-load Post-It notes. Or just cut-and-paste. Makes setting up a board for discussion much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
This is a very easy to use tool for planning, action mapping, and visually designing workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything to describe right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool when meeting with subject matter experts to plan the content for eLearning training modules. This allows them to do a "brain dump" that can be easily organized and a great visual.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for instructional design. It is easy to use, allows collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders. Great for visually planning content.

Initially, difficult to find & locate existing shared lucid chart.

I LOVE how Lucidspark allows live brainstorming and collaboration with team members, especially during these remote working days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though I am incredibly pleased and satisfied with Lucidspark, one thing that I'm fearful of is the capability of how each person can mistakenly erase information, whether on purpose or by mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool for online collaboration and it helps to solve the problems of not being able to meet face-to-face with team members currently. Some of the benefits are it allows drawing tools and sticky notes to help in capturing ideas from team members.
A Great Collaborative Diagram Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The power of the cloud for large diagrams compared to having Visio local to my machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to switch from view only to edit mode.
