Amazing tool! Highly recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and ease of use. It's a powerful tool that has even greater capabilities than I have used personally. It has helped with planning, and the ability to quickly save different versions has proven valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit of trial and error to figure out where to put details into the various components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us map processes which aligns the team and reduces errors and churn. It was invaluable during an organizational restructuring effort.

I love his easy it is to bring an idea to life with Lucid chart! They make my email marketing a breeze when I can organize my funnel plan and share it with my team!

Can't think of any at this time! I love it's current features.

I'm able to strategize differently now in a way that works for my brain.

Didn't see much point of using this if someone already have lucid chart license.
Didn't see much point of using this if MS Teams is in use and MS teams already have a sharing whiteboard. Not as cool but functional enough.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically collaboration whiteboard. Easy to convert to Lucid chart diagram doc is a plus but not a real deal breaker if didn't exist for whiteboard tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it your company don't already have a collaboration whiteboard tool.
Great tool for wire-framing and flowcharting. Super intuitive

Invaluable tool for mapping workflows and process flows

Very intuitive, similar to native apps I've used -- The ability to create conditional formatting is really cool and makes diagrams/workflows more contextual.
What do you dislike about the product?
The icon sets for networking, etc could be updated to include icons that are similar to other platforms, to help with migration.

Internal process workflows and architectural diagrams for software

The multiple ways to drag and drop cells and automatic connectors from flow chart boxes

It takes some practice to move entire chunks of flow chart blocks

i would recommend it for sure ,i have been Visio user for long time , i see this is the time for cloud tools and much more flex and features rich
Lucidspark makes it super easy to host and collaborate together through various tools and templates.
What do you like best about the product?
Multi-user experience. I love the ability to collaborate with other team members in real-time, seeing what they are doing, and they also able to see what I am doing.

Need the ability to add additional anchor points around objects to connect them easily.

Team collaboration. We realized the benefit of working together through a platform that doesn't require a software installation.
We use Lucid for ideation, design, agreeing on component boundaries, even initial software contracts

It has become our go-to tool for modelling, whether it is an overview or an in-depth system view. The recent addition of a live collaboration board is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding the right widget to model can become a challenge. Perhaps a feature, where most frequently used widgets can have a view or a configurable view where we can add random widgets.

We use it to model our landscape, how integration would look like, agree on software contracts.

The UI is very intuitive and I can choose between a plethora of customisable options

Not every organisation uses it, thus sometimes it is not a common tool
