Diagramming made super easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive UI and easy to use features gets us to start off right away
What do you dislike about the product?
None yet. But would like to see more features added
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagramming
Very nice white boarding and collaboration tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and the set of collaboration tools. Especially being able to import lucid charts to start a design session. I'm now a fully remote software engineer and the ease of us can't be overstated, especially when having to bring a team of other engineers up to speed on some design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particular stood out. There is always a challenge with drawing programs in browsers, but overall it's a good experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With an entire team now being remote, both lurid spark and lucid charts have helped tremendously to communicate ideas over zoom calls.
Great tool for visualising stuff we chat about and actually using it evolve ideas collaboratively
What do you like best about the product?
Interactive drawing and brainstorming to help ideas take shape
What do you dislike about the product?
Still rough on the UX part. Doesn't yet feel quite like drawing (maybe because only some people on the team have styluses).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drawing out ideas withouth a physical whiteboard was a challenge. But Lucidspark is helping us bridge that gap by sharing the screen and a moderator take chareg and having people give inputs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Teach fellow team mates how you can all collaborate most effectively using online tools. It's not the same as in the physical world, but it has so much potential. Good tools help, but the team needs to be on board and understand how to make the best use of it.
My experience with lucid chart has been really good, a user-friendly tool, easy and very useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity at the moment of use the tool, also the whole variables that I can use in my diagrams to map out process, between swimlines and others. I like a lot that I can share in real time my document and my partners are able to put their comments or edit at the same time and there's no conflict in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that would be great to be exported into a power point file, as it is available for visio y should be easy to export it on power point. However, I think that for value stream mapping you can get more variables on the standard templates. Finally, I would be really awesome to get an app which I can take the picture of my notes, or post-its hangin in the wall and lucid chart just put it on a new document and I can start working on it. For consultants, is really tedius to digitalize all efforts from a brainstorming session. So, might interface or whatever you name it, will be big improvement on the usage on the tool for the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time in my work, I can identify improvement oportunities across the process mapping and value stream.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be mentioned. Everything seems okay
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's super helpful when it comes to team collaboration and team meetings, so it helps as if we have a whiteboard in reality and everyone can share points and ideas at the same time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will be very helpful to use Lucidspark, especially during working remotely and working from home, so it will help to let the team members share their idea easily.
Powerful Tools for expressing thoughts & remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
With covid-19, most of the IT industry is working remotely. Tools like Lucid help us cover the whiteboarding & brainstorming sessions that used to happen when we all were working from the office. It's interactive & at the same time does not miss any conventional modelling features to document system designs, flow charts, sprint retrospectives, etc.,
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I could think of at the moment. It is a great product.
