Good product to prepare solution designs, flowcharts & detailed diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
With the help of Lucid, we can easily access different variourties of shapes & then we can design the diagram with greater quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to inform pricing is high. If the price is reasonable so that organisations will purchase the license so that employess can use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to submit the solution design to customer for one of the development requirement. Hence, we used lucid software.
So much better than a paper script
What do you like best about the product?
i like that with one click im able to access the current script. With just a scroll im able to jump from bubble to bubble rather than flipping thru pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
i would like if the scroll wheel on mouse didnt zoom but rather scrolled up and down the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer looking for correct script in pile of paperworks. Able to scroll right to part of script that i need.
A little Hard to Navigate

The templates. They are easy to pick from.

Also the templates as it would be nice if the most easy, requested ones were first choices. Hard to navigate

Helps in wireframing and explaining the ideas to non tech guys in simpler ways

I've used LucidSpark a little to handle the next tasks and brainstorm ideas for every sprint, so we used a lot.
However, my favorite is the Lucidchart because it's easy to create boards and mostly the database UML and designs for me as a developer.

For now, everything is okay and I've used it as a company worker (with their license) and free as a personal developer.

How to create a brainstorm for review or set the next tasks of the sprint from a better approach.
Also, to visualize the db model with my coworkers from different parts of the world.

Best Diagram Tool on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is one of the easiest to use, but robust diagram making software I have had the pleasure of using. I typically use it to mock up diagrams for concepts I am going to explain in meetings. The built in shapes and controls provide the user with the building blocks to propely represent issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of the AI integrations, I feel they are uncesseary

Helps me to explain solutions to programming issues diagramatically

The tool itself is incredibly easy to use with plenty of different icons to match my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The free version limited me in how many items I could have...so had to upgrade and don't regret it

It helps to bring to life the process a customer can go through step by step in a visually appealing way.
Excellent tool for project Discovery and collaboration

Tools, flow charts are easy to use. Folder set up makes exploring other team member's project boards simple

No dislikes spring to mind. The tool works well for its purpose.

As a Business Analyst I often am required to explain complicated processes to developers. Lucid is a huge help to me and our team when making these processes visual and clear

I mostly like the variety of different visualization options. You can practically do anything in one tool.

The learning curve is quite steep for novice users and it takes some time to get used to the app.

We work with a lot of hard data, so turning events and numbers into visuals is of a great help.
