The best thing about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is its real-time collaboration. Multiple stakeholders can work together simultaneously, share feedback instantly, and convert ideas into clear diagrams or flows, which significantly improves productivity and alignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid is very powerful, performance can sometimes slow down when working on large or complex diagrams with many collaborators.The main downside is the pricing, especially for smaller teams. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for all users.

Collaboration works pretty well, as it allows us to share thoughts in real-time without needing to refresh to see changes. I also appreciate being able to present to my teammates without sharing screens; just hopping on the same link lets us get work done. The initial setup was really easy, and the templates make getting quickstarted even better.

Their free tier, it's kind of limited. In the free tier, you can only edit a certain amount of documents ordered by recent, which is a big constraint.
