Intensive but Well Worth It
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing I have found from LucidSpark has been the sheer amount of customization available. Not only can it hold my organizational tree, to-do lists, and literally most things imaginable but I can pair it with my website mobile app plans/frameworks and be able to see everything. I can do more drawing items on my laptop and quickly see it on my desktop which has more screen real estate.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I love how much there is to do it took a long time o set up to how I like it due to the templates just either being drab or missing vital pieces that would have taken too long to do with what I needed to add or take away. There is a bit of a learning curve when you first start using Lucidspark but it is rather forgiving of mistakes. That is a lifesaver. However, if you want something fast and easier to set up or you don't have the patience this may not be for you, but if you're willing to put in the work it is amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I waste and lose a lot of sticky notes/notepads but having it all in one place digitally has really allowed me to fast track projects for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The price, billing structure, and the features that you get. A very cost effective alternative to MS Visio.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't gotten into all the functions and tools. For the most part this tool does what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wasn't able to get a Visio license for my office anymore. Looking for alternatives I found something that does the job I need.
Lucid charts
What do you like best about the product?
Wonderful to keep track of mind mapping through the process and user friendly. I have been looking at different applications for the use of flow charts as well as mind mapping. The flow charts are good and essay to access for lay man as well. Does not require much guidelines and rules to work with application. The templates are also very handy and easy to work with as a user.
What do you dislike about the product?
It only allows certain number of arrows or shapes to be used in the free version. That was not user friendly as there are only 1 or 2 charts that can be created by still it was not letting you use the complete function. Lucid charts are currently being recommended for a class in flow chart making as it is easier. Would love to have better usage. The templates are really good however, better templates can be made that would be attractive to share or print as a image in a presentation or documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mind mapping and keeping track of tasks. It was really appreciated by a team, that I was using Lucid to make mind graphs for the session I was working for. And everyone was very much interested to know more about lucid and how to make use of it. I got to know Lucid through University through a class. Will definitely encourage better advertising as there are many mind map applications available.

It is a wonderful app and user friendly definitely encourage everyone to give it a try

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ease of collaborating in this time when we cannot actually doodle on real whiteboards. Our team is remote, and this tool allows me to gather thoughts and sketches and liaison with my team easily so that I can create something more fluid for presenting to stakeholders. Often we have development that needs some though as to layout and process, so it is helpful to allow others to very visually sketch their thoughts and ideas and share them with other teams that need to. It's also good for retrospectives for agile teams, where we can set time to doodle out what we did well, or where we can improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company is not using the tool on a regular basis, and I would like them to! Otherwise, I feel that this is a valuable tool that needs further utilization.

Really helps for real time collaboration especially for development where multiple teams and peers need to have involvement

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the features of the site and its design. I also enjoy how user friendly it is and the solid templatesIt is always available when I need it. The fact that it is so quick and easy to use, and that it is user-friendly enough with features such as snapping to shapes and arrows staying attached to the shapes is really helpful to me.Lucidspark is quite intuitive and I think I will achieve most of my goals and objectives doing my searches and online work every single day of the week. Not only you can create and organize from the dashboard, you can also share out documents in a variety of ways that will blow your mind up.There is no better way to demonstrate how you can bring value to the most important stakeholders for my work- my amazing students!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not found anything yet to dislike really. I would like to have more experience with Lucidspark to see if there are really things I dislike, But, as of today, the options for templates seem a little limited in my view.This is again very straight forward site. You can create new documents or use the Lucidspark Board, you can open boards that you have created before and you can organize your documents or boards into specific folders. Pretty nice, pretty simple, and really pretty effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving everyday problems, from my workplace and also at my place. Lucidspark helps me understand better why things wok in specific direction and I am always willing to learn more using Lucidspark. Many of the features seem pretty straightforward and many are, but there are also some great little tricks, for example, the sticky notes which seems very easy

I would strongly recommend others considering Lucidspark for their work. I am absolutely sure it will be a pleasant and enjoyable experience for them a every level. What I love from Lucidspark is that different type of users can bring their best ideas to light, brainstorming and collaborating as a team in real time, no matter where they are.

I dont think so i faced as such any problems it was fun to use the app. there are lots of benefits.
Opened up a whole new world
What do you like best about the product?
The blank canvas! Honestly, I've always struggled to get things down on 'paper' and not been able to get across my ideas to people. I don't have a design background so this was always difficult. Spark has made this a lot easier

I haven't found anything yet...I'll keep looking though!

Design ideas...page layouts and content. It's really easy to send across the layout and plan for projects and then let others take that and add their professional touch

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone can access it simultaneously, which makes it easy for group projects. It made the group project a success because everyone participated. I like that there were different colors for each person. I was able to leave a comment or emoji. You could create a poll for everyone to vote. I think this is a great software for teachers to use with their classes. It would would allow the students to be engaged and makes it easy to track participation.
When I did my group project we used the shapes and arrows to show the steps that would be taken in order to create a training. The arrows and shapes made it easy for the other members in the course to follow along. If they had a question, they were able to leave a comment or address it at the meeting. If we needed to make changes it was easy and it did not ruin the work that was already there.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. When I used it, I was impressed. It allowed everyone in the group to participate. I think its kid and adult friendly. The creator of this software in very innovated. Kudos to you!

We did a group training where we broke off into smaller groups. We came up with a training as part of our assignment. It encouraged open communication with the group and when we were stuck, the help tool was useful.
