  • January 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for idea creation, map workflows, and collaboration with my team members. It solves the problem of presenting map workflows in an easy-to-understand and visually appealing way, which is easy to share and saves me a lot of time. I like that it's easy to use and share with others, allowing them to work on it too. Without much explanation, those I share with can easily understand, so we can focus more on the features. The initial setup was very easy, with no learning curve needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find handling complex maps can sometimes feel slow, and I'd like more in-app guidance for those features to make it easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for mapping workflows and collaborating. It makes presenting workflows easy, visually appealing, and time-saving. It's easy to use, share, and collaborate, requiring minimal explanation, which helps us focus on features.

Intuitive and Collaborative, But Needs Performance Boost

  • January 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to plan projects, organize ideas, and visualize complex processes in a clear way. It’s especially helpful for creating flowcharts, diagrams, mind maps, and brainstorming boards that make it easier for my team to understand concepts quickly. I also use it to document workflows, map strategies, and collaborate in real time with colleagues, which saves time and keeps everyone on the same page. I love how it makes collaboration simple and efficient. I can quickly create diagrams, flowcharts, and mind maps, and my team can contribute in real time from anywhere. I also appreciate the wide variety of templates and the intuitive interface, which helps me turn ideas into visuals quickly without a steep learning curve. The integrations with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and Slack make it easy to share diagrams, embed visuals into documents, and keep everyone aligned without constantly switching between apps. The initial setup was very straightforward. I was able to create an account, explore templates, and start building diagrams within minutes. The interface is intuitive, and onboarding prompts made it simple to set up workspaces and invite team members without any technical issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is performance with very large or complex diagrams, which can sometimes be a bit slow. Some advanced features aren’t immediately obvious, so better in-app guidance or tips for new users would be helpful. Additionally, more customization options for templates and export formats would make it even more flexible for different project needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to plan projects and visualize complex processes, solving miscommunication and disorganization in teams. It creates clear diagrams and supports real-time collaboration, reducing emails and confusion, while saving time and keeping work organized.

Intuitive Interface with Room for Automation

  • January 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for building different types of charts as part of my GTM enablement work. I find it incredibly helpful for creating structured charts, especially while revamping programs. I appreciate that it produces charts at a similar level to Figma but with a much easier and more user-friendly interface. I love the drag and drop nature which is simpler compared to Figma's more complex setup. The initial setup was very easy, and I really enjoyed the pre-made templates available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it got very manual, I think more automations or suggestions would speed things up. Figma has an AI agent now that works really well, I think Lucid could do something similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helpful for creating structured charts during program revamps. It offers a user-friendly drag and drop interface, making it easier to use than Figma. However, it can be too manual sometimes; more automations would improve speed.

It is simple, it is powerful and it is great for all diagramming needs

  • January 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It offers a great set of free shapes and icons that fit majority of my use cases and allows me to create all the diagrams I could ever need for our projects. There is a vast number of templates that I can easily drop into the diagramming interface to simplify the process of creating flow diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is already a very good software but I would like more export options to make it easier to integrate a diagram into a Word document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly create flowcharts and system diagrams and the loads of templates simplify the process of creating great architecture diagrams. I’ve also been using the tool to make entity relations diagrams to know how I’m going to design the database.

Effortless Collaboration with Powerful Visual Tools

  • January 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how effortlessly Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite brings clarity and collaboration together. The intuitive interface makes it easy for both technical and non-technical team members to contribute without a steep learning curve. The real-time collaboration is a standout feature, allowing me to see updates instantly, leave comments, and co-create visuals with multiple stakeholders, which keeps everyone aligned and avoids miscommunication. Lucid genuinely feels like working together on the same whiteboard, even when teams are remote. The platform's flexibility is another strong point; whether I'm creating process flows, system diagrams, wireframes, or brainstorming boards, Lucid adapts well to different use cases. The quality of templates and integrations with common workplace tools saves time and fits naturally into our existing workflows. Lucid makes collaboration more structured, visual, and productive, significantly impacting how efficiently teams work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very strong overall, there are a few areas where improvements could make it even better. For larger and more complex diagrams, performance can occasionally slow down, so further optimization for handling heavy files would be helpful. More advanced customization options for templates and styling would also add value, especially for teams that need to strictly follow brand or documentation standards. In addition, enhanced offline capabilities or more robust support in low-connectivity environments would benefit users who don’t always have stable internet access. Lastly, expanding advanced export and presentation options could improve how visuals are shared with external stakeholders who don’t have access to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite clarifies communication of complex ideas across teams with real-time collaboration, reducing alignment issues and enhancing efficiency. Its templates and tools save time, moving us from discussion to action quickly by providing a single visual source of truth.

Elevates Team Collaboration to a New Level

  • January 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the real-time collaboration feature of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, as multiple team members can work together seamlessly and share ideas visually. The wide range of templates and integrations makes it simple to get started quickly and stay productive. The system is easy to use, with an easy setup process where signing up and creating the first workspace only took a few minutes. The built-in templates helped me get started right away without any confusion. Additionally, Lucid's ability to offer better real-time collaboration, easier sharing, and more intuitive templates made it a better fit for our workflow compared to the previous tool we were using.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is performance when working on very large or complex diagrams, as it can feel slightly slower at times. Also, having more advanced features available in the free plan would be helpful for individual users. When working on large process flow diagrams with many interconnected elements, I’ve noticed occasional lag while zooming or moving multiple objects at once. Improving performance optimization for large canvases and adding better layer or grouping controls would make managing complex diagrams even smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to visually collaborate with my team, brainstorm ideas, create diagrams, and communicate concepts in one workspace. It solves communication issues, allowing us to map ideas and workflows visually, which makes collaboration faster and more effective.

Powerful Tool with Steep Learning Curve

  • January 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to sketch my architectural AI system diagrams. It helps deliver high-quality diagrams within a short period of time. I also enjoy generating the diagrams with prompting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they can extend the free trial period just up to 21 days. The initial setup was really hard as I didn't know anything about it, especially being able to sketch the workflows and how to connect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to sketch my architectural AI System diagrams, delivering high-quality diagrams quickly.

Great for Real-Time Collaboration, But Initial Learning Curve for Students

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to work with students in real time while we share the same screen. It opens up a variety of learning opportunities for my students that I wouldn’t otherwise be able to accomplish virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little difficult for some of my students to learn how to use in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have my students all work together in real time virtually. This bridges gaps and makes online learning closer to in person collaborative learning.

Useful for Visualization but Lacks Unique Differentiation

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find that the folks that use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite do an incredible job of mapping out flows and sharing them. Being able to see and engage across people is pretty awesome. It helps in making documents and visualizations that people created in the past easier to share effectively. By being able to see the things they've built, I get a look at what was happening in their minds at the time, helping me get up to speed and understand things more effectively. It makes mapping things out feel more tangible and is easier to share and visualize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not super familiar with it yet and haven't exactly figured out how to master it. I'm sure it's incredibly powerful, but I have not really figured out how to unlock that power yet. My biggest challenge is where to use Lucid instead of using other tools and software that we already have. It makes it a little tricky because there's probably a lot of great capability in Lucid, but at its core, the functionality could be done in other services that are bundled with subscriptions already being paid for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes mapping workflows tangible and easier to share and visualize, helping me get up to speed and understand past projects more effectively.

Intuitive and Collaborative but Slightly Cluttered UI

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to make flowcharts with my team for a university project. I liked how easy to use it was, and the search for the form logos was relevant and correct, which was helpful since Lucid had AWS logos. It was easy to collaborate with multiple people, both working at the same time and at different times. I also like that real-time updates were made, which was crucial because towards the end of the project, we had to work very quickly, so updates, while a bit laggy, were made quickly. We used it because it was recommended by one of the team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI did feel a bit cluttered on occasion, as more tabs opened it was a bit hard to deselect to hide the opening panels. Additionally, with an increase in the number of elements, it does get a bit hard to select specific items and move them (regarding layers and items near them).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create flowcharts with my team. It has AWS logos, allows easy collaboration in real-time, and has relevant and correct form logos.
