What do you like best about the product?
I like using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create flowchart diagrams that represent our business processes and map out our technical systems. It allows us to visualize the connections between systems and processes very effectively. I really appreciate the 'tidy up' feature that automatically cleans up the lines and spaces, which helps speed up the visualization process since I don't need to spend as much time getting the spacing and lines right. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the 'tidy up' feature could be smarter when handling lines. Sometimes I have clean lines that I want to keep as they are, but after using the tidy up feature, it can actually make them worse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create flowchart diagrams of business processes and technical systems. It effectively visualizes system connections and speeds up the process with the 'tidy up' feature, saving me time on spacing and lines.

I love how the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers clear, simple visual communication, which makes understanding complex processes much easier. The templates are honestly the best feature, although I enjoy creating UML diagrams from scratch. I also try to use AI to create charts quickly, which helps in mapping processes and identifying pain points effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI doesn't classify the charts as I demanded when I try to create UML diagrams, so I have to do that manually. It would have been great if it had integration capabilities with Salesforce CRM and could generate auto charts directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to map processes and design future state processes. It simplifies understanding complex processes, saving time on unnecessary documentation and providing clear visual communication. I love using AI for quicker chart creation and appreciate the templates for ease of use.

The drag-and-drop feature is particularly helpful, making it so easy to work with images. It has definitely made my work faster and more presentable. I also like the link sharing feature, which allows others to edit the content if needed. Overall, it made creating a flowchart for a client super easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create interactive flow diagrams and process flows for our business needs, and it gives a great pictorial presentation of complex business processes. I like the UI and UX; it doesn't seem boring nor overdone, achieving just the right balance. The intuitive UI makes it easy to use as well as interactive. The tool feels natural, diagrams are easy to build and easy to share and collaborate with. I can focus on my ideas instead of the mechanics of the tool. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can lag with some large diagrams and sometimes some features (advanced ones) are hard to find.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to visualize complex business processes and have everything in one place. Its intuitive UI makes diagrams easy to build and share, improving collaboration and focusing on ideas instead of tool mechanics.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create workflows for board meetings, and it's very easy and customizable. Creating flowcharts and data presentations in other apps is difficult, but Lucid makes it much easier. I enjoy the drag-and-drop feature for making flowcharts as it's good enough for me and overall it makes my work easy. The initial setup was also pretty easy.

I wish Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was compatible with all devices, as it would help a lot. It works fine on systems with a trackpad, but when using a mouse, it creates a problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy to use with a friendly UI. The integration with Mermaid is amazing as I was able to write code using Gemini and import it in seconds. The process map feature is also great, making it a solid tool for my needs. Additionally, the setup was extremely easy and it runs smoothly on my MacBook, which is a huge plus since other software wasn't compatible.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it requires paid license not everyone can get it, I got it as I'm a manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite great for creating org charts and process maps on my MacBook, addressing compatibility issues. It has a very easy-to-use, friendly UI, and the Mermaid integration boosts my productivity.

Sometimes it feels overwhelming because the menus are so packed with features. Also, it gets slow and laggy sometimes when my diagrams are large. The arrows and setting their directions is a big headache.

Versatile Diagramming with Some Usability Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty much any kind of visual process, flow or even technical UML diagram can be represented with the suite
What do you dislike about the product?
Some stuff can be repetitive. Like having to set a default shape or style to repeat every time I have a new visual I work on. Some elements don’t click or move very easily like the text on arrows. It’s always easy to misclick and enter new text when you want to edit or move text on an arrow element.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to visualise processes for some product development, and some basic UML to communicate to our contract developers the classes, hierarchy and relationships in our business processes and data.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is a very beautiful tool and visually appealing. It doesn't take long to learn the tool and it's easy to make edits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more shapes were provided in the free version and that when exporting it was easier to integrate with other tools.

Making it so that I can easily and simply make roadmaps and customer journey maps.
